"Excellent service spotlessly clean hotel in good location"
This hotel has excellent service and is spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and polite and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent. We were there in December and the hotel was very warm and cosy
"pleasant trip albeit in the smog city"
many thanks to @julie tan in the executive lounge. it made a pleasant trip out of a smog-infested city. thank you for your small gift. our baby loves it very much & the cookies! Hilton is in an interesting location. 3 minutes of walk to a famous local food alley, tons of choice. city wall is within walking distance as well. indoor decor is quite cool, can do a small tang-dynasty tour just in the hotel lobby. recommend to book your trip early on, if for leisure, and be sure to avoid the smog season
"Good central location for Xi'an city"
If you are staying in Xi'An for the Terracotta Army then I recommend staying out of town near to the site, but for visiting the sites in the City of Xi'An then the Hilton is well located and has enough english speaking staff to be understood easily. Not on the tourist map is the flea market which is only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and a lot of fun if you like poking about antique stalls. Breakfast service was not up to usual Hilton standard but Mentioned it to the manager and clearly action was taken. They went out of their way to correct minor faults.
"Right in the middle of Xi'an"
This hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the old walled city of Xi'an. During our brief stay, my brother and I walked to the train station, the subway, the city wall, and the Muslim Quarter - the hotel is an easy walk to all these places. The hotel also offered exceptional service - not only do they do a great job offering restaurant advice (this is expected of all hotels) when we wanted to eat hand thrown noodles someone from the hotel walked us to a little hole in the wall and helped us order. If you want to eat a lot of Shaanxi, there is a pavilion of stalls and restaurants serving traditional food nearby. We weren't planning on eating breakfast at the hotel, but did so every morning. It is an amazing spread. After our stay, we took the night train to Beijing. The hotel stored all our luggage and when there was trouble getting a cab, used Didi (Chinese Uber) All in all, an awesome stay. Five Stars
"A nice hotel located in the city center"
Stayed there two nights for business. A very nice hotel located in the city center. The location is very convenient and close to many attractions including the ancient wall. The breakfast was pretty good and the service was fantastic. The staff were very nice and polite overall. The drinks at the bar was a bit expensive but you can easily get much cheaper drinks at various restaurants close by. Will stay here again next time.
