Excellent value for money - rooms clean and modern, not luxurious but very comfortable.Comment of M. Gillian , United Kingdom the 2014-05-12
Excellent value for the London area even if it is a bit far out. This is a new and very good Holiday Inn Express hotel. The hotel is fairly new, and is therefore in very good condition. Ambiance, decor and furnishing in the rooms and public areas are pleasant and modern. Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished with large double beds (: good linen, soft and hard pillows :), seating area, a nice spacious work desk, LCD TV, good lighting, coffee making facilities and nice carpeting. The bathrooms are very nice. My absolute favorite is the shower which looks good with the black tiles and white grooves and has amongst the best water flow/pressure and temperature stability / control. Great stuff! Elevators are spacious and in good shape. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast for all guests and this also more than adequate with beans, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt, pain-au-chocolat, croissants, a selection of cereals, bread-butter-jam, coffee, milk etc. Good enough for me! The staff are very pleasant and helpful + house keeping is reliable and efficient. The hotel also has a drinks & coffee bar, a kitchen which serves lunch and dinner up to 2230 HRS, and an separate onsite Italian restaurant called Tratts. I haven't tried the kitchen or Tratts so far but I see a lot of guests do and seem to be enjoying it. This is a very good hotel and excellent value for money in the London area. Highly Recommended.Comment of P. Harsha , Switzerland the 2014-05-10

Great hotel! Convenient for m4, couldn't hear the planes and lovely rooms!Comment of A. RACHEL , United Kingdom the 2013-07-10
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Both occasions the hotel was clean and well looked after. The restaurant did great food and I would recommend others to stay at the hotel even if you are not travelling to LHR.
We stayed here on a reconnaissance trip prior to moving to the UK and the location for us was convenient. It is a typical standard Holiday Inn Express. Clean bathroom with a good shower, but no bath. Rooms are ok for 1 or 2 people, if you also use the sofa bed, it gets extremely cramped. There are connecting rooms. Breakfast was quite limited (e.g. sausages, but no bacon; cheese, but no cold meats), but then it is free. It is on a busy road and close to the flightpath, but the triple glazing means that outside noise is minimal. Not a fault of the hotel, but the Hoppa bus service to the airport (as with any LHR hotel) is a disgrace. 5GBP per passenger. The 81 public bus passes by the hotel which takes you very close to the airport.
"Economical but well maintained option for a quick stayover near Heathrow"
Stayed here once we landed in London and wanted to have a place to crash in the night, before we move to the city the next day. Holiday Inn proved to be a good choice. -You can take a direct bus from T5 terminal, drops right off the entrance of the hotel. -The rooms are clean, spacious with all modern amenities. Bathrooms are small but then that is expected out of London accomodations. -There is a tiny, but well stocked bar next to the reception and you can have some good draught to relax. -Not many restaurants around but there is a BP store just opposite and you can get pretty much everything there, including good short eats and pre plated meals -Buffet breakfast was included in the tarrif. It consisted of eggs, beans, sausages, toast, fruit, croissants and cereals. Basic but good. -Staff was friendly and helpful All in all a good place for a quick stayover, without burning a hole in your pocket
"Cheap hotel near Heathrow Airport"
Our flight was for 7am and we are required to check in 2 hours ahead, as one of the travellers in our group requires mobility assistance. We checked in into this hotel as it is cheap and is serviced by the Hotel Hopper buses. It was clean and rooms are adequately sized for the price we paid. Staff are helpful when we asked them to book a taxi to take us to the airport at 4:30 am and even recommended to take the Hotel hopper bus instead of getting a taxi as the buses operate as early as 4:15 am. I will stay in this hotel again as it is convenient and does not cost much.
"Good overnight stay"
Stayed as part of an airport park and stay package so free parking for that night. Helpful reception staff. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet with a good shower. Although breakfast should have been quiet as it was so early the huge area was packed with what appeared to be coach loads of tourists with little seating left. A bit of a scrum and food not great. Fairly convenient for T5.
