Excellent value for money - rooms clean and modern, not luxurious but very comfortable.Comment of M. Gillian , United Kingdom the 2014-05-12
Excellent value for the London area even if it is a bit far out. This is a new and very good Holiday Inn Express hotel. The hotel is fairly new, and is therefore in very good condition. Ambiance, decor and furnishing in the rooms and public areas are pleasant and modern. Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished with large double beds (: good linen, soft and hard pillows :), seating area, a nice spacious work desk, LCD TV, good lighting, coffee making facilities and nice carpeting. The bathrooms are very nice. My absolute favorite is the shower which looks good with the black tiles and white grooves and has amongst the best water flow/pressure and temperature stability / control. Great stuff! Elevators are spacious and in good shape. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast for all guests and this also more than adequate with beans, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt, pain-au-chocolat, croissants, a selection of cereals, bread-butter-jam, coffee, milk etc. Good enough for me! The staff are very pleasant and helpful + house keeping is reliable and efficient. The hotel also has a drinks & coffee bar, a kitchen which serves lunch and dinner up to 2230 HRS, and an separate onsite Italian restaurant called Tratts. I haven't tried the kitchen or Tratts so far but I see a lot of guests do and seem to be enjoying it. This is a very good hotel and excellent value for money in the London area. Highly Recommended.Comment of P. Harsha , Switzerland the 2014-05-10

Great hotel! Convenient for m4, couldn't hear the planes and lovely rooms!Comment of A. RACHEL , United Kingdom the 2013-07-10
A good clean hotel for an overnight stay near Heathrow. Very busy and had problems finding a parking space. Arrived just before restaurant closed for the night but they provided sandwiches. Breakfast had fair range of choice. Would stay again.
Used this hotel for a one night stopover, at £62 per night it was a bargain. As you'd expect from Holiday Inn Express, the room was clean and comfortable if somewhat compact, however it was somewhere to lay our heads. Check in was quick despite the queue which gave us time to have a drink in the bar. I'm a northerner, so paying more than a tenner for two drinks is still a shock to the system. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, but by the time we got down around 8:30, the only hot choice was sausage, beans and scrambled egg. The sausages had been standing for a while with fatty deposits forming. Toast it was then. There was plenty of other options though, cereals, pastries etc. Overall standard fayre, and good value for money.
"Warm and Cozy"
I happen to stay here for one-night courtesy British Airways. The room was nicely appointed and clean. I really loved the painting they had on the wall. The complimentary breakfast was decent and sufficient. The staff in the restaurant and check-in counter were very helpful. National Express shuttles provide decent connectivity to Heathrow from this hotel (duration: 15-30 minutes).
The hotel is clean and tidy very much more like a normal holiday Inn than an express. The staff are friendly be prepared that it is not close to t5 a bus or taxi or car ride away. It is close to slough and convenient to get to central London from Heathrow or train from slough 20min of the fast train .
"Typical one night"
Stayed here for the first time prior to a flight to LA. I'm well acquainted with the brand and the attraction is the free breakfast to be honest. Check in was quick and my gold card status was acknowledged. Car parking was £5 which I thought reasonable. The room was standard, warm shower, double bed, different feel pillows, although the duvet wasn't very thick. Tea and coffee facilities but very little else. We stopped for dinner due to the time which was ok, a few items to choose from, 2 mains and 2 drinks £35. Pretty standard fare but edible. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Scrambled egg, beans and sausages were the hot items which if I compare to the holiday inn express at manchester is somewhat lacking. Otherwise yoghurts, cereals, bread, croissants etc were plentiful. Staff were really helpful, especially when I got locked out of my room. Pretty standard for an airport hotel really, happy with the price I paid and what I got for it. I just feel having stopped in a lot of Holiday Inn Express in Manchester and the USA that this one lacked something.
