Excellent value for money - rooms clean and modern, not luxurious but very comfortable.Comment of M. Gillian , United Kingdom the 2014-05-12
Excellent value for the London area even if it is a bit far out. This is a new and very good Holiday Inn Express hotel. The hotel is fairly new, and is therefore in very good condition. Ambiance, decor and furnishing in the rooms and public areas are pleasant and modern. Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished with large double beds (: good linen, soft and hard pillows :), seating area, a nice spacious work desk, LCD TV, good lighting, coffee making facilities and nice carpeting. The bathrooms are very nice. My absolute favorite is the shower which looks good with the black tiles and white grooves and has amongst the best water flow/pressure and temperature stability / control. Great stuff! Elevators are spacious and in good shape. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast for all guests and this also more than adequate with beans, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt, pain-au-chocolat, croissants, a selection of cereals, bread-butter-jam, coffee, milk etc. Good enough for me! The staff are very pleasant and helpful + house keeping is reliable and efficient. The hotel also has a drinks & coffee bar, a kitchen which serves lunch and dinner up to 2230 HRS, and an separate onsite Italian restaurant called Tratts. I haven't tried the kitchen or Tratts so far but I see a lot of guests do and seem to be enjoying it. This is a very good hotel and excellent value for money in the London area. Highly Recommended.Comment of P. Harsha , Switzerland the 2014-05-10

"Perfect Place with appropriate facilities"
Nice place for a quick, clean and hygienic and smooth stay.. Big sized rooms, clean carpets and shower room well equipped. Reasonably priced, with quite hospitable staff. Just a perfect place to summarise..
"You Know What To Expect..."
So it's a Holiday Inn Express, and it's no different to any other Holiday Inn Express you've ever stayed in. It's clean and it's functional. You know exactly what to expect and you get it. This is an ideal and very cost effective place to leave your car while taking a trip from Heathrow. Compare this to the highly priced Sofitel T5 stay and park deal and it's an easy decision to use this place, though admittedly, the hotel itself is in a different league to this place... The Hoppa bus runs every half an hour to Terminal Five, and in my experience, was really punctual and then fast. Also, unlike many of these hotels, the bar area was quite lively in the evening (maybe as everyone is in a holiday mode) though stick to draught beers, as £4.80 for a small bottle of Peroni is ridiculous. I'd use this place again if flying from Heathrow T5 as I prefer to spend my money on having fun, rather than parking my car...
"Good spot for early flight"
We stayed here on18/1/17 Checked in at 11pm, after a long drive. Checked in quickly and efficiently. Rooms well appointed and quiet. Would stay again, very close and easy to get to terminal 5 Heathrow. Missed the breakfast as we had to catch a flight!
"Great Hotel "
Fantastic efficient hotel. Room very clean and basic but does the job. Breakfast could be better, especially the hot selection as limited choice of only beans, sausage and scrambled egg. Was a little disappointed when a member of staff wanted to charge me for some fresh milk for my room. Other than that a pleasant and very comfortable stay 👍🏼
Stayed overnight whilst on business. Check in was busy but only waited about ten minutes. Room was ok for the price. Food was disappointing prawn cocktail starter was not very nice at all & chicken curry for main was again tasteless & over cooked ( rubbery chicken! ) . Main came when half way thro starter! Oh & a whopping £6.20 for two lime and sodas! Draft soda not bottled. Would stay at hotel if in the area but would give the restaurant a big miss!
