Wife and I were here for 2 nights during the holiday in December. We arrived by train, and the hotel was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. At first we were disappointed that we weren’t in the old town, but we quickly realized the hotel is actually located at a great spot in Sevilla. Our check in process was simple and the guy was super friendly. The hotel was beautiful and our room was comfortable, elegant, and clean. The bathroom amenities were fantastic, and we felt like home the entire time. WiFi worked great in the hotel, and we had 2 peaceful night in Sevilla. There are plenty of food options around the hotel away from the tourists area. From the hotel we were able to walk to everywhere we needed including across the river to Triana neighborhood. We were also able to see a show at La Casa del Flamenco all on foot. At first the Sevilla street was like a maze, but after an afternoon, we were able to guide ourselves without a map back and forth between the hotel and the city center. Buy your tickets for the cathedral at Iglesia del Salvador people!!! I am not sure why people wait in an hour long line at the cathedral when there was no line at Iglesia del Salvador. We got our ticket at Iglesia del Salvador, visited that. We went to the cathedral after walked pass the long long line towards the left and went right in. The hotel helped us made reservations for dinner and they were very helpful in all the questions we had. Overall it was a great stay, and we will definitely be back.
"This is a Westin property and the best place to be in. It is like a Spanish villa."
This place is just so good. If you are tired of hotels as they all look the same then this is the place for you. Just like home. The rooms staircase, bathrooms and even the reception is so cosy. They have basketful of orange sat every corner. I just gluttony don them . Lovely place.
"Beautiful Hotel but Shabby Rooms"
The staff, library, courtyard, pool rooftop and restaurant are all top notch. Beautiful, excellent service, very comfortable. The reception treated us very well, especially Juan and Christina. But the rooms are not up to standard. The furniture is creaky and old and scratched. The walls between the rooms are paper-thin. At night, I could hear everything in the bathroom next door, including the zippers going up and down, water flushing, etc. That's not a comforting noise at 1am. We were on the highest floor, but we could hear security walking on rooftop every hour at 4am, 5am. We were very, very tired the next day because we didn't sleep. The hotel is aware of this problem, but they said it's too expensive to soundproof. I would only recommend this hotel is you are not easily awakened from your sleep.
"Warm, comfortable, and welcoming "
A lovely small hotel within easy walking distance of everything that matters in Seville! The rooftop pool and deck are a plus. The staff is courteous. All around a great and easy choice for anyone who wants to find a cute, clean base for seeing a beautiful city.
"nicely situated near the barrio"
Around a cobbled patio the hotel is in an old mansion with inside flourished patios. The room was spanish style with a small but well furnished bathroom. People attending the hotel are all very smiling and efficient. If you need a parking place ask for it in advance. If you have problems with noise ask for a room not facing the street. While very narrow only one car driving in the night can wake you up.
