"Incredibly helpful staff. Comfy bed and great bathroom amenities!"
We stayed here for just one night but I would return. The room was really small for the price but everything else was great. The neighborhood is great for dining and shopping and as close to the train station as you can get!
"Beautiful rooms, unique service features"
Opus is in a great location, right near a skytrain station that comes/goes straight to the YVR airport. It's in Yaletown which is a fantastic spot for great dining and cocktails. The hotel itself has beautiful rooms with lots of modern features - the heated floors in my bathroom were sooooo nice! Lots of unique decor makes this a fun boutique hotel to stay at.
We were lucky enough to be introduced to this hotel through a Bride that was getting married just around the corner from this hotel. Location was great and had an unassuming frontage. The room was wonderful with a new look bathroom that would be at home in upscale homes. There's a number of amenities that were offered, but we couldn't use during our overnight stay. Location is right in Yaletown and surrounded by many restaurants and close enough to nightlife locations that a walk would work.
"Great logistics for a getaway"
My wife and I snuck away to Vancouver to escape the dreary late winter weather in Edmonton. The OPUS did not disappoint. A short 20 minutes on the SkyTrain from the airport, when you pop out of the underground, the hotel is across the street. We loved the room, bed, and view. While it would have been nice to have a water view, our room overlooked the bustling Yaletown area, letting us feel like we were a part of the neighbourhood. There's a great Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, and a billion other pubs, cafes and restaurants and interesting shops within a few blocks. All that downtown Vancouver has to offer is within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
"Boutique hotel in the middle of Yaletown"
The Opus Hotel is located in Yaletown - for me one of the hot spots of Vancouver with lots of bars and Restaurants in Walking distance. I stayed in the Boutique Hotel for a whole week and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are clean and nicely designed. The staff is were friendly and welcoming. Our room rate included the Continental breakfast. The Food was very delicious (selfmade marmalade) but the buffet had a rather small selection of Food. The Service could have been a bit faster - especially in the morning when you are in a rush to get to work.
