"Boutique inside but outside is casual"
We had a reservation in the hotel for 2 nights! Young family, junior suit was gorgeous ;))) inside wood really fancy all complect;) duper happy when you go to the restaurant people are not able to answer your question due to lack of knowledge of english! Breakfast is on poor level! On the check in we had to wait exact the 14:00 check in time to get to our room the lady inthe reception was checking clock all the time ;( evening/night shift gentelmen was super friendly did all his best to make our request!thank you so much for exclusive service only from you, Vystavil!!! Spa is quite nice downstairs but massage is not worth money!!! Overall will not recommend it ;( sorry
"never back again"
The hotel and the rooms themselves are nice and clean. It is correct that it is close to metro and trams, however, it is not really close to center. you can find better options and closer to center. I really recommend and sincerely thank Mathew the receptionist as he was a unique and clever and helpful. The breakfast was good as any other hotel just the same.. There was another guy who served us once at the restaurant that was really nice and humble. I go now to the negative sides, other receptionists were not helpful at all, and once I was really upset with one of them. One of the cores of any hotel is the receptionist who deal with visitors.. location is not that good.... and once my friend made a comment to the girl that was serving the breakfast telling her that there is an insect which there really was. She just hasn't listened to her and kept the juice. That was not nice at all. overall, I do not believe I will choose to go back again to this hotel.
"Nice, nice, nice/"
Small hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is good, but every day the same. So tasty cakes! ;) Location. Location is not bad ..nice to visit Prague (old town centre). The hotel is quite modern (specially inside). Room was clean and have comfortable bed. We had room nr. 11. At this price, very great hotel.
"Nice hotel, great wellness"
Nice hotel, on the great place. Close to subway and tram. Hotel was clean and have comfortable bed. We had room nr. 21. At this price, very great hotel. Close to hotel is very very awesome wellness centrum.
This Hotel sits about a 40 minute walk from Prague old town centre. The tram passes by every 10-12 minutes and the number 14 or 24 will take you into Prague Town within 12 minutes. This proved very convenient. It is a smaller hotel than I am used to and there were friendly staff on reception 24 hrs if you needed assistance. The rooms are very modern and spacious - I had a twin room which was very nice - the bathrooms are huge. There was one channel in English BBC World News. I was a little disappointed that there was no complementary tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the mini bar (as you would expect) was a little pricey! Around the corner of the hotel is the train station and MacDonalds restaurant - which came in very handy. The menu is very limited but adequate if you wish to eat there during your stay on an evening.. Breakfast however was very disappointing - very little choice: just two options of eggs:Scrambled or fried and sausage in water. Everything else was cold. We decided to get in the town after the first morning. Rooms were serviced everyday and kept exceptionally clean. The hotel suited us for what we needed.
