With its central yet quiet location - right in the most popular part of Zermatt, view to the Matterhorn and with his alpine flower garden - Aristella Sswissflair is the ideal starting point for active holidays: the local bus and the lift stations are close by, and also the church, various museums and shops are available right in front of the door.

My wife and I spent three night here and had an incredible time. The hotel owners and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. To wake up and see the Matterhorn from bed is incredible! If I'm ever back in Zermatt this is where we will stay!
"great hospitality "
the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very beautiful. I would definitely stay at the Aristella again! the rooms are fantastic and there is also a nice Spa. once you get back from the mountains you are offered coffee and cake.
"Cannot fault this hotel"
I cannot fault this hotel. We booked a twin room but were given a double, but they sorted it out efficiently and quickly. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were lovely with a large balcony. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fruitbowl filled with fruit in the lounge to help yourself and meals were very well presented and tasty. We were driven to the station for our train in their electric car on leaving. Lovely hotel.
My husband accidentally booked a double room for sole use instead of a double room for two. The manager of the hotel was incredibly rude to us. She made it seem like she was unsure we would be able to stay there and barely spoke to us while she was fixing the mistake. We stayed here on our honeymoon. The room was nice and the breakfast was good.
"Great hotel in beautiful Zermatt"
Hotel Aristella was a great choice for my husband and I on our trip to Zermatt. Aristella will pick you up from the train station free of charge but you will need to call them ahead of time to arrange this. The hotel is a fairly good distance from the station so I would not recommend to walk with luggage. The accommodations were new and comfortable. The "double bed" was two singles pushed together, but my husband and I still found it comfortable. Rooms did have a mini refrigerator and very nice closet space. The hotel does offer free ski storage and power converters. We loved the location of this hotel. It was far enough from the main strip to be quiet but close enough to walk to dinner, shops, grocery store (Coop), and ski shuttle stops. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel (Spycher) and it is recommend to make reservations. Breakfast is included with your stay and it is fabulous! Eggs to order, a large selection of pastries, cheese, cereals, and yogurts. My husband loved the fancy coffee machine that made any type of coffee drink you would want. The hotel also offered free afternoon tea with a few sweet options to enjoy in the afternoon. Thanks for a great stay!
