"Couldn't fault our stay"
The only thing we could fault was the check in times. We arrived to the hotel at 10am and we couldn't have our room untill 3pm (check in time)!! So for us, that was a whole day wasted as we wasn't able to do anything. Plus we had been traveling since 2am, so we was exhausted and wanted to go straight to our room! So i would check flight times if booking this hotel ! Clean, modern and tidy. The rooms are great, beds are extra comfy and a good variety of channels available on the TV. The pool area is relaxing, and more than enough sunbeds for everyone. There is a great variety of food. Each day/night is different, I tried something new every evening ! The kids area is on the other side of the hotel, so there is separation between family's and couples. Which was nice for us to be able to relax. The beach is no more than a 5 minute walk down the road, where you can hire sunbeds or catch the water taxi to either calabassa beach or San Antonio. Prices to San Antonio was €6 each return or €3.50 on way, much cheaper than a taxi which cost us around €12 on way to the same destination. I would recommended this hotel to anyone who wanted to go for a quiet (not party) holiday. Although it is easy to get taxis to clubs and bars, they aren't as cheap as you would think.
Loved this hotel I stayed for two weeks in June although I must say that by the end of the second week we had to go down to the pool area early in the morning to put towels on the sun beds because there were lots more people arriving. The rooms have a strange layout but you get used to that by the end of the stay. I would definitely return.
"Great hotel and location"
Stayed in this hotel in September for 2 weeks, absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it to family and friends and hoping to stay again in the future. I was apprehensive about certain things after reading reviews on here, firstly the sun bed availability. Personally I didn't find this a problem, we were always able to find a sun lounger, the 2 main pools are busier but as we had a toddler we preferred the sports bar pool anyway as we found it more suitable with the baby pool. This pool is much quieter but also has a lovely family atmosphere and we spent many fun days round the pool and our 2 year old wasn't bored once! On a side note the lifeguard on this pool (sorry don't know his name) was fab, always on the lookout for danger and always had a pleasant attitude. Although we didn't use the kids club we did notice how great it was and the 2 girls doing the kids club were absolutely brilliant and so hard working all day long! Our room was fine, cleanliness seemed to be up to standard and house keeping were in every day (even cleaned in silence one day when my toddler was napping which I appreciated!) could do with a full length mirror and a larger bin especially with having a child in nappies, one small toilet bin wasn't enough. The fridge wasn't cold the first few days but did get better over our stay. Restaurant was satisfactory but I wouldn't say anything more than that. Food was nice but got boring after around 10 days. I definitely think more staff is needed in the dining room because every time we went to breakfast/lunch/dinner we found that there were no clean tables and its not really satisfactory to have to sit or wait by a dirty table waiting for it to be cleaned. One morning at breakfast we waited 15 minutes until I went and asked a member of staff to come over and clean our table which with a hungry toddler was not great. Not the fault of the staff though as they were running round rushed off their feet. Snack bar was good but I think different items on different days would be good to mix it up a bit and perhaps no smoking at the snack bar tables would be nice as it seemed to be under a constant cloud of smoke when I was there. Reception staff are great but check in took a very long time for some reason, I've never had this issue in other hotels so I don't know why it took so long here. One last minor issue which drove me mad, when you asked for a bottle of water at the bar, it was never cold, they must be kept on a shelf but I really think it would be nice if water was served cold!! All in all though we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and thought it was one of the best places we've ever been to.
"Great stay "
Currently on my last night of a week's all inclusive stay here. Everything about this hotel is excellent. A huge selection of food at all meal times. There were branded drinks however the majority of them carried a surcharge such as Johnnie walker whisky. The home brand drinks were just as good. Plenty of sunbeds but the usual towels at 7am war was evident. My only complaint is that there should be a no smoking policy beside the pool area as there is in the restaurant. The location is fantastic, you can catch the l2 bus into san Antonio and come back on the disco bus if you choose. A visit to Eivissa is also a must and within easy reach catching first the l2 bus then number 3 bus to eivissa. There is also the option of a boat ride to san Antonio from the beach at port des torrent only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Cafe Mambo sunset is great too. Just go to the spar purchase your alcohol and sit on the rocks by cafe mambo for free and watch. A lovely resort and hotel.
"Could have been better"
We found the complex and facilities very good, though I have stayed in better 4 star Hotels and received a far better service. I would not have expect have holes in my bath towels 3 days running. The staff were not particularly friendly, some struggled to acknowledge you at all. The Kitchen staff worked very hard, Tables were laid out on demand.
