"Definitely not a 5* but a good 3*"
Spent a week here with my wife and friends, overall it was a nice hotel but the service and room cleaning left a lot to be desired, the pool area was lovely and the food was ok, we ate out most nights as the cost to eat out was cheap as chips.. some staff were very rude but don't go here expecting a 5* as it certainly isn't. Overall we all enjoyed it but the room cleaning was not good, think our room was cleaned twice in 7 days.
"Beautifully done hotel! "
Gorgeous hotel , is done out lovely and is immaculate and pool area is fab, although green pool may creep some out! Would deffos stay here again just Missed a star because of location and overall it doesn't scream 5* luxury to me - I would say it's more 4* plus, but a good effort!
We arrived late on September 22nd, were greeted and given our room keys straight away, after seeing our rooms we were already impressed. I originally booked a Double Room with Balcony but I think we must have been upgraded due to the quietness and it being end of season. The view was great from our balcony and we could see the pool, sea and surrounding hotels. The room had a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The staff also provides a travel cot for our infant son. Being All Inclusive we mainly just expected the food and a few drinks to be included, though it was better than we expected. All foods including the buffet restaurant, one trip to the al la carté restaurant, bbq grill, ice creams and cocktails/beer were all available to us. The al la carté restaurant was lovely but it was a limited menu. The buffet restaurant was good but there wasn't much variation throughout the week and it became very much of the same meals. Location is brilliant. You have everything within 5-10 minutes walk. The beach and the strip are great. If you are after a day trip, you can take a taxi or bus to Nesebar and spend a couple of hours there, also a lovely place. The only downside was the hotel entertainment, it was alright if you enjoy listening to live music and piano but if not it's pretty repetitive through the duration of the week, but it could have just been down to it being end of season. After reading reviews before we went I was starting to doubt my hotel choice but having never stayed in a 4/5* hotel before this was 4* to us, although a lot of the other people there rated it only 3*. We would love to come back again and stay longer.
In need of refurbishment, and deep clean,if this was carried out then it would definitely be a fantastic hotel, also says bar closed at 2am but was lucky to get a drink after 12 of clock ,and some staff a little rude, and pool bar was closed on a couple of occasions too
Hotel for a five star hotel it was not what I expected but the choice of food not a lot , the bars closed any time as evening but they did not tell you it could be quarter 12 12:30 2 o'clock , cleanliness and the bedding was terrible clean bloodstain quilt covers pillows not good, terrible mould in the shower downstairs toilets tiles terrible
