"Beautiful and amazing hotel, completed our amazing holiday"
We stayed at the Bishops Hotel for 3 nights and had the most amazing time, wish we could stay for longer! The location is perfect, we didn't even need to use the metro for tourist attractions as this hotel is located in the middle of the old town next to Charles Bridge. If you did need a metro, there is Malostranská metro station located 7 mins away from the hotel. This hotel is Ideal transport from the airport as it was just a short bus journey (119) then a metro to Malostranká, then a 5 minute walk to the hotel! The staff were amazing, friendly, polite, and helped with every need (We even got given a glass prosecco in the hotel after coming in from a night time lovely walk in Prague!) The rooms are spectacular, clean and very modern. Soundproof and very spacious. Breakfast was lovely, range of foods hot and cold and choice of scrumptious pastries. This hotel is perfect for a city break. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone when staying in Prague, as we experienced a perfect holiday thanks to this hotel.
"Beautiful room with a view - a touch noisy"
Stayed here for 2 nights during our time in Prague. We were given a beautiful room with a stunning view. We were on the fourth floor which had a little outdoor area which you could go up a flight of stairs to see a gorgeous rooftop view of Prague. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Jirka in particular went out of his way to help us confirm train times and organised a car for us to the train station so thank you for looking after us! Staff at the front desk were always happy and smiling - it's always nice to be greeted with a genuine smile when you come back from a day out. The only complaint we would have is the noise. In general, the walls were not very soundproof (hear talking from the corridor) and unfortunately on our last night, there was an incident of some sort on our floor. We heard a lot of talking and doors opening/shutting around 1am and upon looking outside to see what was happening, there were police out in the corridor. Not sure exactly what happened but the noise continued well into 2am so we had a sleepless last night. I'm sure whatever happened was likely to be a once off but the fact that the walls are so thin didn't help. But all in all, it was a lovely stay at this hotel and we would return for the great service and the location.
"Paul & Cher"
Stayed here with my girlfriend for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. Great location, excellent breakfast and all staff very courteous, especially Marek on reception who was more than happy to recommend places to visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for nice place to stay. I would return here without question.
"Perfect location, lovely hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff"
This hotel couldn't be in a nicer location for a sightseeing visit to Prague. Tucked in a quiet square just beside the Charles Bridge in the Lesser Town, a lovely walk over the bridge took us directly to the Old Town. The room was spacious, spotless and had the comfiest beds and pillows ever. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - with even a glass of Prosecco available if you wished. The staff were lovely - particularly the gentleman on reception who was so very helpful and recommended places to eat at all prices ranges, gave us directions and was ther morning and evening. Would highly recommend this hotel.
"Fabulous Hotel, 30 seconds walk from Charles Bridge!"
Stunning hotel. Beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. Spotlessly clean, 100%. Greeted by Marek who really looked after us and was so very helpful and kind!! Breakfast staff Halime/Inna always smiling and very pleased to see us each morning. Thankyou too Marija/Diana for keeping our rooms so clean. A very big thank you to Marek for the bottle of wine on arrival and the bottle of prosecco delivered to our room for my husbands birthday. Thankyou for the fun chats we had too, you made us feel like we'd known you for years. We have been to Prague three times in two years and no doubt will stay in this hotel on our next visit!!!!!
