"Everything about the hotel was exceptional"
Location is great. The property and rooms are very well done and in great condition. The service at the hotel is exceptional. They were also great corresponding with us ahead of time to arrange transfers, recommend restaurants, make reservations etc, and then while there took care of us in a great way - they were very attentive, but not overbearing at all. I can't say enough good things about the hotel - it's the standard to which other hotels should be held.
Helen and I have stayed here on a number of occasions. We have tried many of the rooms and never had a poor experience. The rooms are superbly appointed, the staff discrete and attentive and the location is fabulous.
"Beautiful boutique hotel"
We loved staying here. It is in a quiet part of Venice but it is super easy to walk to all the sites. One day it was super cold so we used the water buses that stop a few metres from the hotel. The staff are wonderful. We loved the breakfast. I don't think there is a single thing I can complain about. If it is in your budget, don't think twice....just book here!
"A quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of beautiful Venice!"
From the moment you enter Ca Maria Adele you know you are going to have a wonderful stay. Christmas decorations were flamboyant and quirky and scented candles gave a luxurious aroma which added to the festive feel. A sparkling welcome drink and Venetian snack were most unexpected but extremely welcome and delicious. The décor was warm and comforting; our room was very tastefully furnished and of a good size with a very well appointed bathroom. Service was entirely professional and staff were really genuine and generous - needs were met with a smile - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and the choice wide. There is no restaurant on site but staff are very willing to offer help, advice and suggestions for places to eat nearby. We really enjoyed being "across the water" from the main busier areas - it was just so quiet and peaceful - and yet everything is in very easy reach. If the opportunity arises to return, we would do so in a heartbeat!
As soon as we walked in we felt welcome. We sat in the "monkey lounge" for a drink and a snack as our room was prepared and luggage taken care of by the staff. We had never been to Venice and the staff helped us get around and made great recommendations on where to go/eat. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Able to choose from a menu the night before and it was ready on time each morning. You have the choice to dine in room, sitting room, or outside. The room upstairs was beautiful and comfortable. It was a good wifi spot to plan the day since wifi in our room was very spotty. Room was clean and had trendy/unique decor. The bathroom was more modern and very large. The shower enormous! Would highly recommend but it is expensive.
