We have stayed in this hotel before about two years ago, and it certainly didn't disappoint, it's a lovely little place the rooms are pleasent and comfortable and warm(we stayed December) the location is excellent just off ' the champs' there are a few bar/bistros nearby catering for a variety of tastes and pockets, everyone that we encountered was very pleasent and helpful, would definitely go back again .
"Hotel CLARIDGE rue François 1"
Excellent value for money in the heart of Paris. Clean rather spacious room for a center of Paris, attentive staff. Rooms are modern chic, refurbished. If you get a room over the inner court, there is no noise. However, a disadvantage is if you get neighbours in the adjacent room, you might as well be aware of their presence despite of extra noise protection the hotel installed. Excellent location: close to the best shopping, Eiffel tower is visible, good restaurants within 2 minutes: Relais d'entrecôte is one of them.

Fantastic Location and staff. VERY BAD POINT Internet, Slow, weak signal, and you have to keep logging every 4 minutes. so you miss whatsapps mails etc... Year 2016 and with such a internet conection.....
"Perfect location, friendly staff"
Stayed in Hotel Claridge for 2 night and I find this boutique hotel to be very convenient. Location is not far from Champ Elysees, Avenue Montaigne and even Rue de Faubourg St Honore. If there's a need for you to have your lunch and dinner, there's also a lot of good restaurant near the hotel. Rooms size are within the European standard and can accommodate comfortably a couple. Bed and linens are immaculately clean and smells good. Staff are friendly and accommodating. It's your home away from home when you're in Paris.
"Bad service for the location and price"
There were a few unhappy incidents happened during our stay. I stayed here with my cousin for 4 nights in Oct 2016. First of all, the hotel is a little outdated but with new paint to refresh the rooms. During the 2nd morning of our stay, I was out buying stuff while my cousin was in the room by herself. As she was putting on clothes after her shower, a male staff stormed into the room without knocking and caught her naked, looks like he had to check something. Upon my return, we left together for sightseeing, a female staff chased after us as we were walking out of the lobby and told us that we should have put up the do not disturb sign if we were in the room. but isn't it common courtesy to knock before entering the room' there was no apology or explanation as to why the guy went into our room. That night we returned and grabbed our room key from the front desk then headed up to our room, the lights wouldn't turn on. Apparently there was a power outage in our room (maybe that's why the guy stormed in that morning, but still never got an explanation), but shouldn't they have told us about the power outage when we asked for our room key' then we got moved into a very lovely suite one floor below with a bottle of champagne, that was very nice! but thing got worse from that point. since we just found out that we had to move so we packed our stuff in our old room in the dark and moved the luggage into the new room, there were a little noise made from moving. The French lady next door came out screaming at us twice and called the front desk complaining about us. then we got a call from the manager giving us a bad attitude and questioned us why we were making noises. uhh... you just moved us into a new room'! then the manager was saying that we should have been done moving since we have returned the old room key, as if it was our fault that we had to move. hello! how are we going to go to bed if we don't unpack and take a shower' the sound proof in this hotel is really bad. I could hear the French lady complaining to her partner about us that night, and our rooms were connected by a locked door. also, in our original room the first morning, I heard my neighbor getting ready in the morning and woke me up. most staff in the front desk were not nice and each item in your mini fridge costs 4 euro including water. we only found that out upon check out, there was no price list in either room we stayed. you only get one free bottle of water the first day.
