"Very Good! (after we changed room)"
We booked a room not in the main hotel building but in Via Del Corso 81 St. Since our fight landed at night, we had to take the room key from the safe (since there are no receptionists in this building at night) but everything went smoothly (we got clear instructions via email). When we got to the room we were amazed by how SMALL it was (room 304), almost no space to put the luggage and 0 room to move, there was a window who faced into a closed terrace so we had no air in the room- no AC, just heating. We called main building reception and we were told to go to our reception in the morning- And so we did. There was an amazing receptionist, super kind, who helped us and gave us another room (great room- #301). Great service, very kind, super clean. Nespreso machine in the room, mineral water every day, snacks etc. The highlight is its location! very recommended (except the small rooms).
What a great stay in Hotel Condotti! Location is perfect, right in the center of historical city. We were lucky to get a great room, small but with a very charming terrace. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is perfect, with a variety of hot and cold stuff. I strongly recommend this hotel! Ciao!
We would highly recommend this hotel, everything was great, room, we stayed in the Annex which was great, staff & owner were extremely friendly & helpful. Proximity was great, close to Spanish Steps, we walked to the Coluseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain & Patheon. Very clean, quiet. Would stay again at this hotel, if in Rome.
"No need to stay anywhere else in Rome."
I stayed at the Condotti with my partner earlier this month, this was my second stay as prior to this I stayed for a girlie break 2 years ago. Due to unforseen circumstances we missed our original flight and I rang the hotel just after 9am to advise I was trying to get another flight either later that day or first thing the day after. Both Vladimir and Daniella were wonderfully helpful and they kept the booking until I rang back later in the day to confirm our next day arrival. The staff here are are a credit to the hotel. This time I had upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe and it was worth it. The standard rooms are good anyway but the deluxe were stunning...very big with lovely furnishings, walk in shower, plenty of storage space , mini bar and view onto the bustle of the street. Plentiful breakfast and good coffee (to take away if you want) Location second to none...1 minute walk to The Spanish Steps, the Metro and the designer shops. An abundance of bars and restaraunts all around. Absolute perfect choice for your city break in Rome.
"Friendly and cozy "
I stayed in this hotel with my family in January for 05 days. We were 3 in the room, so they turned the sofa into a bed. But even with this change, the room had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The bathroom was big, with plenty of space and a good shower, but no bathtub. The hotel has two separate buildings very close to each other. The mains one is where the reception is located, but we stayed in the second one, right by the corner. I have the impression that staying at the main building would be a little better, but the second building was not bad. The staff was great, all very friendly. Breakfast was good. One of the best things of the Condotti was the location: just a few meters away from Piazza di Spagna.
