Das Hotel ist stilvoll, liegt in einer eleganten Seitenstraße, jedoch erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kürzester Zeit. Der Bahnhof für weitere Ziele ist sehr nah. Der Service im Hotel ist ohne Einschränkung zu loben, man sollte allerdings italienisch oder englisch sprechen. Bei Andrang zum Frühstück ist das Personal leicht in Schwierigkeiten, aber immer sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß, aber elegant, das Mamorbadezimmer ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten allerdings jeweils ein kleineres Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung (ohne Auufpreis), das dann großzügig war. Es lag sehr ruhig, hatte allerdings nur Aussicht auf einen engen Innenhof. Diese kleinen Nachteile wurden jedoch durch die Eleganz des Hotels, die tolle Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter mehr als aufgewogen.
