"Excellent location, attentive staff, great service"
Wonderful atmosphere, great location, attentive staff - nothing too much trouble.A spectacular location and very fine and thorough service. I walked to all the major monuments & galleries. The Eiffel Tower just minutes away by walk. The bed in the room extremely comfortable, nice touch of providing an IPAD, high speed free internet, excellent breakfast with good service. Special thanks to reception and Concierge team. They were extremely polite, very attentive, and attention to detail. The hotel has a comfortable style with an artistic flair worthy of the area. The rooms are well appointed and I love the bathroom with rain shower. The balcony in the room overlooking to the Court yard with the church view was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone whatever your purpose of your visit come in Paris.
"The Paris I Love"
You could spend a whole lot more money for a room in Paris, but you will never, and I mean never, get better service at Hotel De Sers. There recommendations for restaurants have always been just perfect. If you want atmosphere or great local food, if you want the best way to visit museums at the best times and get moved up to front, they know what works. Thank you Hotel De Sers, you make a trip special and the staff have become our special friends.
"Great location, friendly staff, modern rooms"
Stayed here one night prior to departure back to the states. Incredible location, next to the Four Seasons. The staff was friendly and helpful, walking me all the way into my room. The room was small but had everything I needed. I would not recommend a family stay here.
"Gorgeous Hotel, Perfect Service, Prime Location"
My daughter, husband and I really cannot say enough great things about this hotel. We were treated like royalty during our 6-day/night stay there, and will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Our first night in Paris, we stayed at Royal Hotel--after checking out there, we arrived early at HDS, who were more than happy to let us check in early. We stayed in room 45; the room is huge for Parisian hotel standards, superclean, beautifully appointed, and also included a chaise that was great as a "hang-out" spot for my 17-month old. The large bathroom included a separate shower and tub; modern and gorgeous fixtures, great water pressure. Quick note that I believe housekeeping is off at 6p or so, so keep that in mind if you want to delay housekeeping service during the day. With the little one, we took advantage of room service several times--good food, fairly fast service, and they were able to accommodate several special dietary requests. With my daughter, the staff really went above and beyond, remembering her breakfast preferences and letting her have her Eloise moment in a five star hotel that probably doesn't often see small children. And can I just say that the staff, especially Lindsay and the other gentleman out front, were phenomenal. They bent over backwards helping me in and out of numerous cabs/Ubers, and helped us up to our rooms with bags, strollers, and other paraphernalia. I sent several purchased, high dollar items directly to the hotel, and they were waiting for me safely in the room. We were treated like royalty. The common areas are beautiful and well-appointed, and most of the staff speaks English if you run out of French vocabulary at some point. iPads in the room for hotel services and surfing the web are a nice touch. Definitely on our "Stay Again" list; we had a divine stay!
"Staying in Hotel De Sers..."
This week we stayed already for the fifth time in Hotel De Sers... So it means we're happy about the hotel and the service. The whole staff deliveres a perfect service. Congratulations to the concierge and the chef of the reception. The hotel is very well located. Around the corner is Avenue George V. Avenue Montaigne, etc. aren't neither far away. The rooms are very spacious according to Paris norms. The bathroom has a bath and shower and are spacious too. (Deluxe Room) In the morning you can start your day with a perfect a la carte breakfast in the restaurant or at the terrace. So i would absolutely recommend it to everyone. We're thinking already about our next stay!
