"Love this boutique hotel"
For myself great location, great staff and easy metro access. I love small hotels that are friendly and accommodating. Thanks to all the staff who were always warm and welcoming. lobby is great and I really liked the breakfast. Small gym but it has a gym which is unique for this type of hotel. Rooms are small but clean and well designed. This is a find of a hotel. Thank you for your gracious hospitality. Thanks for the staff suggestions or helping to make reservations.
"A good stay. "
A very nice, smallish hotel on rue de surene. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, with a very large bed, free minibar. (except champagne) and luxurious bathrooms. The location is also good: close to the louvre museum and tulliers gardens, yet the street itself is quiet. The only minus is the 10 minute walk from the hotel to the nearest metro stations, but you pass the charming Madelene church on the way and several nice restaurants and bistros. I enjoyed my stay there and would probably choose it again next time I'm in Paris.
"Saved by the manager"
My stay was initially marred by the blatant racist behaviour of a member of the night staff. I brought this up with the duty manager the next morning, whose empathy and commitment to hospitality and service salvaged the rest of my stay. Location wise while quite a walk from the metro, its quite well located, within a short distance of some boutiques and also to the tuilleries. What was also charming was an elementary school and a theatre along the same street, which gave character to the locale.
"Cute Boutique Hotel"
I loved this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to Champs-Élysées. We stayed on the top floor and the front desk attendant was great. Very easy to get a cab if you turn left out the front door and walk down to the corner. There is an extra fee if the front desk has to call a cab for you. If you are from the states be aware that the rooms are VERY small but that's common for Europe. We had just enough room for ourselves and our 4 suitcases to fit comfortably but still had stuff everywhere.
A beautiful hotel in the 8th district of Paris. Very comfortable room that offered complementary drinks in the room. Included breakfast was wonderful too. The gym located in the cellar is really charming. Highly recommend to whoever likes to stay in the central of Paris.
