"Super sweet w-end in a charming Parisian Hotel !"
A big Thank to Helene who made my stay even more amazing in this charming Parisian Boutique Hotel. The only comment I can make is : PERFECT ! as everything was really perfect from the room (Prestige/Luxury) to the restaurant and the room service. A truly experience of the French Touch !
"Good boutique hotel in Paris"
Good boutique hotel in Paris This hotel is simply a small hidden jewel in Paris where I had the chance to stay in. Loved everything, the restaurant, the room and the entire staff. Can only recommend it!
The first time I visited Paris I stayed in a neighborhood far from the city center. This time I decided to pick a hotel in a central location. Picking this hotel was by far an excellent choice. I am used to the InterContinental brand - because of my frequent traveling - but this one felt different from the others. This hotel is the most private and peaceful I have been to. You can tell that the staff puts in all the effort to make sure you enjoy a pleasant stay. This is what I appreciated the most.
"Best trip ever"
We stayed in Paris a few weeks in different hotels as we went to many different places but this one was by far my favorite one. What a lovely staff, the minute we entered we felt like at home! I loved the cozy rooms we stayed in and couldn’t get enough of the view (I fell in love with the Arc de Triumph and the Avenue Champs-Elysees, most beautiful avenue I’ve seen). Hope we’ll go back next year!
My husband booked 2 nights superior room, B & B at this 5* rated hotel, as an anniversary treat for which he paid around £500. What a disappointment. The room was tiny & very basically furnished. We complained on arrival, but there was no response. There is no way this hotel would get more than 3* rating in London & was fiendishly expensive (€16 for two cups of lukewarm coffee). Other issues: - We went into the lounge for this coffee and were directed to sit in the lobby area. -The en suite shower room was tatty & poorly designed. -Toiletries were not replenished the second day; -There was no mirror anywhere near the dressing table. -The wardrobe made of melamine, was about 0.75m wide, to accommodate clothes for two people. -The breakfast buffet is very limited: the toaster is hopeless and one of the waiters was more interested in eating than attending to guests. We have had better standard accommodation at Travelodge in the U.K. for £30/night. As we checked out we were then charged €20 for the 'city charge'. No one fore-warned us about this. Just a final kick in the teeth! What an expensive disappointment. Do yourself a favour, don't consider a stay at this very poor hotel.
