"We have been 4 times so far."
This is a good convenient hotel for short stays and generally reasonably priced. Breakfast is excellent with a chef on hand to prepare eggs as you like them. The dining room is a bit clattery with hard surfaces everywhere so we look for a table in a quieter corner. The hotel is a short walk from the Paseo and about 20 minutes or so to the cathedral and the shopping area. It is a quiet residential location with free on street parking. The hotel does have a basement car park if you prefer to to lock your vehicle away. Motorcycle perhaps. Not far away, 15 minutes walk, is Calle Fabrica with several excellent restaurants in a pedestrian zone. Well worth a visit. We like this hotel and will certainly go again as we visit Palma several times a year. We have tried Executive and Urban rooms but prefer the more classic Executive. Only rooms on the highest floor have a distant sea view over roof tops. Some rooms boast a terrace and these may be attractive in the summer although they do seem to be rather overlooked as they are all on the lower floors. Other rooms generally have a small balcony. It is a quiet hotel and we think it is good value.
"Great Service Good Location"
Stayed in "Urban with View" room 18.5m so quite small, small balcony with water views in the distance, could see Cruise ship in dock. Nice room, clean but basic, a bit average for 4 star rating. Very hard bed, had to pay for kettle, no tissues in bathroom. Stayed on half board basis which was very good package, nice meals. Staff very professional and helpful. Would stay again if half board package available.
"Good but price is still high for what you get"
I've only given this hotel 3 out 5 just tipping under a 4 as it was comfortable and had friendly staff, even the wifi was not a complete disaster but it did lack a few touches for top marks. It was also clean and parking was easy. Hotel's in Palma are expensive and in my mind therefore need to really offer something good / extra to be above average and although this hotel does everything to satisfy I found the Air conditioning a little annoying seemingly having only two settings (on and off) and the breakfast not as good as other local offerings (though still perfectly average). The rooms balcony over looked the dinning area at floor level which gave zero privacy and the table underneath it was generally populated by other guests being very loud and was so close I could have been sat at said table whilst being on the balcony. It was a fair old walk to get to the sea front area proper. Overall a very good hotel perhaps even excellent but let down by high price and a few imperfections.
"Good but can do better"
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was generally clean but one mcould spot dusty areas which have been neglected. A couple of things were broken/damaged in our room (the card slot for the electricity, a handle in the bathroom, the lightbulb of a lamp): it was nothing big enough to raise any kind of scandal but simply contributed to this feeling of "not quite up to standard, can do better". It never really gave off the vibe of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, with a nice but small selection. For the price this was a little disappointing. However as mentioned our stay there was generally pleasant.
"A bit disappointing "
We visited in November 2016 in low season. This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but we were a bit disappointed with our stay. Room was tidy and cosy but fridge and air conditioner were switched off. Outside were 18 degrees but the room was really hot and we had to sleep with our balcony door open all the time because of the lack of air con. For a 4 star hotel we are disappointed that they cut this facilities, probably to save money during low season.
