"Fantastic new year in best hotel in Adeje"
New year was just wonderful. Excellent menu and wines served in the newly created la cupola restaurant. New Year's Day entertainment was brilliant. Predominantly 50 plus but there were quite a few young couples with children there all of whom were very well behaved indeed. The refurbishment has been well worth the wait. The new restaurant and terraces take full advantage of the magnificent views. The pool area is even better than before, newly paved and with more room for sun beds and it was pretty good anyway. Delighted with new bathroom and walk in shower. We were very pleased to see so many familiar faces amongst the always helpful and friendly staff.
I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and revisited with my current partner for an afternoon This is a very well decorated and has large reception areas and restaurants. The rooms are good and when I stayed I took a junior suite with a sea view and it was with the cost
"."Truly a wonderful five star hotel""
We stayed ten nights in December our 8th visit and as always we had fantastic holiday. We stayed half board the evening buffet and breakfast was excellent with a large variety of fresh food cooked to your liking. The manager and staff are friendly and very helpful ensuring the hotel runs like clockwork. Trip Adviser readers this is a good quality hotel one not to be missed. GS.
I believe the translation of this hotels name is “ Gardens of Paradise “ and that is what the hotel is . It is Paradise from the moment the taxi drops you at the entrance. The lovely doormen take over, take your cases, take you to reception, then for a welcome drink, then to your room and explain everything . The breakfast is amazing. I can't think of anything that was not on offer. We were staying half board and the evening buffet was wonderful, plenty of choice, a continual changing menu and themed nights. The grounds, swimming pool and public areas are beautiful. Our room was spotless, a new bathroom with his & her washbasins, sheets changed as and when you want and clean towels once or twice a day. You decide. The staff are very friendly and make you most welcome. Usual problems with sun beds but don't know why people have to reserve them as there are more than enough to go round. We never had a problem. You get 2 towels for the sun beds one of which is like a fitted sheet which covers the whole bed and does not slide down. As I said at the beginning this hotel is Paradise. We hope to visit again. I would rate it 9.5 out of 10. Why the .5 reduction' Well people (including us) from the the UK love their cup of tea in bed in the morning. It is available as an extra, but Señor Adrian, this is a 5 star hotel, but even cheap hotels in the UK have tea & coffee making facilities in the bedrooms! You know where your guests are coming from so please change this before our next visit. Hope that I can give you a 10 next year! Having said that Tripadviser readers don't hesitate to stay at this hotel you will really enjoy it.
