The hotel was very beautiful, the staff were all friendly, cooperative and very helpful even though they speak mostly french but they did try very hard to make us feel comfortable communicating with them in the limited knowledge if the english knowledge they have. The rooms however, were abit disappointing as there was no robes snd slippers. The shuttle service they offered was very very good, it was free and that saved us alot of money :) there was also beautiful views of the atlas mountains from the main areas of the hotel. i would recommened this hotel it is very beautiful and clean.

Para ser 5* le faltan detalles, aunque reconociendo la proporción cañidad/el precio que pagamos, está muy bien. 4*alto sería más realista. en esta ocasión viajamos solos, pero pensamos volver con los niños, porque es totalmente recomendable para una estancia vacacional con ellos, hay clubs para todas las edades, granja, deportes, toboganes, piscinas...

Our second visit this summer and planning on making a third trip next summer too. Do you offer loyalty cards! The only possible thing I could fault about this hotel is that you have to wait to get wine service with dinner as it is so busy. Everything else is great. The evening entertainment is better in the disco/bar instead of the conference centre but I guess that has been moved due to numbers. Conference centre lacks atmosphere.

Hôtel neuf, très beau hall d'accueil, décoration moderne. A l'arrivée bracelet mis à chacun d'entre nous pour le All Inclusive Belle et grande chambre avec literie excellente, ce qui est très rare dans les clubs de vacances. Les chambres individuelles sont les mêmes que les chambres doubles ce qui est appréciable!! Grande salle de bain décorée simplement Peu d'ombre en terrasse autour du bar piscine, nombreux sofas mais il manque des parasols. Dommage!!! 2 très grandes piscines ( on a pied partout !!) , avec nombreux transats et lits baldaquins très agréables, tout autour. Très beaux jardins et bien entretenus.

Went with a group of friends (10 in total). From the time we arrived until we left the staff from reception, waiters and the cleaners were all very friendly and proffesional. They all made our stay a wonderful experience and we will certainly go back. The weather for March was very hot.
