"Nearly perfect "
We stayed in the corner suite on the 4th floor. The rooms were spotless, large and comfortable with a fabulous view of the castle. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the kebab stall outside attracted local people returning from night clubs en route home so we were woken by their loud banter at 3:30 am Friday and Saturday. This is nothing the hotel can control and would not stop me staying again
"Central location "
Stayed here in November for a couple of nights, it is a nice little hotel with friendly reception. Room I stayed was not the biggest but it was good enough with a comfortable bed. Best thing about this hotel is its location as it's very close (5 mins walk) to Old Town Krakow. And I have to mention the little kiosks in front of the hotel. The very first one makes the best kebabs going so I definitely would recommend anyone to try chicken wrap/tortilla, so delicious it gives me a watery mouth even now.. Do try it you will not regret, you can buy it and eat in your room while still hot so it's very convenient. Back to the hotel it is a decent one if you're on business for a night or two and would like to stay close to the town I'd recommend it.
This Hotel is in a great location, it does not look much from the outside but it is one of the best city hotels we have stayed in. Great value for money, friendly helpful staff, really nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. You can not ask for more than this hotel provides, it well deserves its star rating.
"horse themed / beautiful boutique hotel"
lovely stay in this smallish hotel. rooms impeccable. beautiful restaurant. only had breakfast and coffees in the hotel as we were out most days. great food. excellent staff on reception very knowledgeable and full of good advice. beautiful smell on entering the hotel. packed lunch service available if travelling to Auschwitz / mines etc
"Amazing 3 nights."
From when we arrived to the moment we left, majority of staff ensured our stay was amazing and special. Hotel pays attention to detail including excellently stocked (and reasonable) mini bar, lovely bed/towels and a very reasonable bar. Joanne (reception) was very attentive, booking trips and ensuring luggage (on departure) was kept safely for us. Krakow is an amazing city, even though we stayed 3 nights we felt we 'scratched surface of the city'. Hats off to Jet2 great trip as ever.
