Beautiful hôtel. Sunday brunch must be done. Food IS amazing. Thanks to the staff smiling and Always helpful. 5stars service. Huge room. Good wifi. Confortable rooms. Nice bathroom. Good location. I strongly recommend thé place
"Most negligent and disrespectful staff encountered at a "5 stars" hotel"
While checkin, I was asked which kind of bed I would prefer , I advised King Bed . Then I mentioned I would also need a quiet room . I was then asked to sign up for their membership which I kindly did as I already have membership for Ritz, Marriott and Mandarin and had high expectations of Mulia as the hotel was referred to me . After a while I was advised that they were no rooms with a king bed , but they could set me up with a quiet twin bed room with a wait at the cafe. So I then went to the cafe , waiting for another hour, nobody came to find me so I went back to the reception to find my room was ready . I proceed to the room , it was next to the lift with construction outside and twin beds . I was somewhat offended so I called the manager on duty who told me to wait while they find a suitable room . By the time it was already past 4pm , I was finally advised I could take a room on the 18th floor but would need to pay extra for upgrade ''! I decided to choose the room knowing that I would write such an email later. Not only that , but room was freezing and the temperature controller didnt't work . The room was not quiet with the traffic outside either . To top it , I checked the prices differences between what I had ADVANCE paid for a Splendor room and the Best Available rate for a Grandeur room the same day -On Saturday Grandeur for 3 nights was 9,740,500 inclusive , I had already prepaid advance of 8,125,150 so the 31 USD ++ for per night put me at the same rate as if I had purchased the Grandeur Room using the Best Available rate even though I had booked more than 2 weeks prior. My emails to duty managers went unanswered and I was refused a talk with the General Manager. So with all this , Mulia Hotel considers itself a 5 stars hotel' Never encountered such negligent and disrespectful staff.

It was truly one of a great luxury hotel in Jakarta, very close to shopping mall, very friendly and helpful staff. Smooth check-in and check-out process. The room is very spacious and luxury. It can easily complete with all the major chains like Ritz Carlton or Fairmont which is very close by. You can consider this hotel as one of the option if you plan to stay in Senayan area.

Great hotel surrounding with lovely restaurants , close to shopping centres , friendly & helpful staff, Especially Arie from executive lounge level 38 , he is completely dedicated , extremely courteous and always tried his best to make us very happy and our stay more enjoyable . Thanks so much to him and we greatly appreciated for everything that he has done for us!
Perfect hotel, awesome service! Choose Mulia again upon return, for sure! Shopping malls and nice small restaurants nearby. The hotel personal is so friendly, amazing. Felt welcome from the first day.
