Sehr gutes, gepflegtes Haus mit einem ausgezeichnetem Service, in dem man wirklich als ein Gast des Hauses und nicht nur als ein zahlender Kunde betrachtet wird.Comment of D. Georg , Germany the 2015-11-13
"A very good, unique, elegant and discreet hotel"
This is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet area of Munich, a short bus or cab ride out from the centre of town. It has pretty much exactly what you want from a boutique hotel: style (in a traditional sense; this isn't a modern, funky place), elegance and all standard luxuries. The small sauna, steam and gym area at the top of the hotel is really great, if you like that sort of thing, and very well maintained. There's a very smart and attractive little bar downstairs too. If you want to be right in the centre of things then this isn't for you. It's a good 40 min walk into the centre, or a 10 min bus or cab ride. There's not much going on in the immediate area, though there is Prinzregententheater and the lovely Maximillian Park alongside the beautiful Isar river. If you want a quiet, calm and smart place to stay outside of the centre then this is an excellent choice. My only complaint is that the breakfast, while very nice, was very expensive. That said, we didn't have a B&B booking so you may be able to get it cheaper if you arrange a package booking with the accommodation. Incidentally, on the next street parallel, just around the corner, there is a really awesome, high-end Italian restaurant: La Cucina Trattoria. It really does serve up impeccable Italian food. If you search Italian restaurants in Munich on Trip Advisor it doesn't come up very high at all, but it should. It is at the high-end though, and priced appropriately so.
"Exemplary hotel, great location, wonderful staff"
This is a wonderful hotel. Upon arrival the staff, in particular, Mustafa, was beyond friendly, he took his time with us and even told us everything we should see and eat while we were there for only 24 hours. We had room 205 it was a street view but as we were there for only one night we didn't need anything else. Though if you are staying there longer get the garden view, it's beautiful. We didn't use any of the facilities since it was such a short stay, but the dinning room looks luxurious and yummy! When we come back to Munich we will definitely be staying here. It's a great location close to great restaurants and old town, a scenic 10 minute walk. Highly recommend.
"Pleasant Holiday in a lovely quiet Hotel"
We stayed for seven nights in the Muncheon Palace (boutique )Hotel. This hotel has about seventy rooms and is a few kilometers from the centre Marienplaz, but there is a regular bus number 100 which takes you right to the center. The hotel is a quite area and is exceptionally clean. There is also a small garden where you can enjoy a drink when weather permits. The toiletries are of good quality, although the bathtub is a little bit too high especially for elderly people, although one may ask for a stool. The staff all speak english and are very helpful. Breakfast is very good and the food is varied and very originally displayed. The only thing that I suggest is that there should be coffee/tea facilities in the room. The surrounding area is pleasant and there are museums and a theatre very close to the hotel. There are also some very good restaurants in the vicinity. the underground is just four minutes away. I recommend this hotel. Saviour
"Good food, nice room, close to old town"
This is a small hotel, typical of German small hotel it has relatively small room, but room is quite comfortable, and the bath room is quite large with a beautiful jacuzzi (although it was not working in my stay). The breakfast is excellent, and beer, juice, coke and water in the mini bar is free. The parking is either garage or street, street costs only 6 euro for 24 hour but it is not easy to find a spot. It is however, not in the old town, so you need to take uban subway to go there, two stop only. All day pass costs 6 euro .
