"Absolutely terrible "
Arrived on a Wednesday evening for a 3-day visit for business. the hotel is situated right in front of a traffic light on a junction and above the metro. It is an old building, with double glazed windows. I was given a 1st floor room. I took the elevator, went upstairs and realized that corridors are old, dirty carpet and smelly. Went into the room and saw a very small room, right above the traffic light. Noise was amazingly annoying. After complaining to the reception they changed me to 5th floor. The room was slightly bigger but equally noisy and bad. During day (between 0600 - 2200) you could hear clearly the traffic. After 22:00 you could feel the vibrations from the metro each time this was coming (every 5 minutes). The bathroom is on the top 3 of the worst bathrooms I have seen. I have travelled in more than 40 countries, been to many hotels of different categories. This bathroom is not even worth a 2*. Bathtub is old and dirty, water pressure is extremely low and extremely warm water comes out all the time. You need to waste 10 minutes letting the water running to manage an acceptable water temperature. Only good thing was the breakfast, which by the way is served in the restaurant which is located at the basement. No windows and no view to the outside world from the restaurant. Not at all. All in all, one of my worst experiences ever. I would not recommend this hotel if you are for business in BA and need some relaxing night sleep and at least a nice shower to start and finish your day.
"Charmless but well run and ideally located"
This is a basic business hotel with no amenities, but it was quite pleasant. Very good room with freebies like nespresso and newspaper. The breakfast restaurant has a very average feeling, like not the kind of place you want to go to for lunch or diner, but the food was ok. I would happily stay there again for the room. Thanks
"Spacious Rooms and great location"
The only thing better than the location because we could walk everywhere was the included breakfast championed by Victoria who understands what service with a friendly smile means especially for a visitor 6000 km from home . Thank you Victoria we really appreciate your smile and service. The other NH hotel next door did confuse things a bit but we did figure it out .
"New Year in Buenos Aires"
Nice Hotel, good location in a very nice area and close to many good places, excellent and professional staff. We were advised to get reservations for different places including theatres and other shows.
"Nice hotel downtown BA"
Very nice hotel downtown BA, at a very affordable price. Close to all attractions, few steps away from Puerto Madero Our rome was large and spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed. Service is fast and kind. The only problem, there is no internal parking. To park for the night you have to walk few blocks away.
