One of the nicest hotels in Prague, centrally located right off the metro line. Everything was first class, from the elegant breakfast buffet served in the art deco dining room to the chocolates delivered to the room each night,Comment of H. Russell , United States the 2015-02-14
"Solid choice, convenient location"
This is a lovely property in a convenient location a few blocks from the old part of the city. Very close to some grocery stores if that is helpful. I went as part of a paid invitation event so not sure if our experience was typical of the solo traveler or better because they want to keep good relations with larger contracts. My room had two twin beds (at least a full would have been nice). Wifi free but set up with the room tv as an individual hotspot. The Cafe had tasty drinks and strudel, but smoking abounds as is often the case. Lots of smokers in Prague! The breakfast at the restaurant was very tasty and extremely comprehensive, not sure what the charge might be, as it was covered for us. There is a fitness area (jacuzzi and steam room) which I didn't get to use. The room itself was decently sized and had turndown service, and was certainly quiet. Buildings in Europe are often a little too warm for me, even after adjusting the thermostat down I appreciated being able to crack the window occasionally for some cool air. Well equipped bathroom, though it's a mighty step out and down from the tub.
"Perfect ... with one exception"
We loved our time at Hotel Paris. The staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant is well appointed, the breakfast well varied and the dinner and wine menu extensive. Great location and atmosphere in the old town precinct. Our only disappointment was that smoking was allowed in the cafe, meaning we walked out a few times as it was thick with smoke. More than once we would walk done the stairs and could smell the smoke from the cafe by level two. We are told the smoking laws are under review and will certainly be back if so.
"Perfect Hotel Paris Encore!"
Second visit in 2016 and was just as expected-excellent! The rooms are clean and individually furnished, the breakfasts are first class and dinner in the restaurant is definitely to be recommended. I really would not stay anywhere else in Prague.
"3 Nights to Remember in Prague"
When we visited Prague we stayed at Hotel Paris. Located in Old Town. It is ideally located in walking distance to all of Prague's major attractions. Staff are welcoming, the hotel is old but well maintained and Beautiful. Our room was spacious, meticulously cleaned everyday with all you could ask for in a hotel. Breakfast was Awesome with a multitude of buffet options as well as freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. There are two dining options both offering many choices for the fussiest of diners. The Cafe is open for lunch and dinner and is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The Cafe does however allow smoking which can be annoying for non smokers. In summary a very good Hotel that is well situated in the heart of Prague's Old Town and well worth a visit, cheers. 🇨🇿👍🇨🇿👍🇨🇿
We had a perfect 3 days In Prague over the Christmas period. Everything including the perfect location of the Hotel Paris, the gorgeous Christmasy feel of the Old Town Square with the huge Christmas tree, the market and smells of cinnamon and spices permeated the air which gave the whole of Prague a delightful location for a 3 day break over Christmas. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff at the Hotel Paris added to make our stay a sheer delight. The breakfast in the lovely Art Deco room set us up for the day - everything was fresh including a lovely homemade omelette was delicious. Ive even recommended friends in America to enjoy a stay at the Hotel Paris.
