One of the nicest hotels in Prague, centrally located right off the metro line. Everything was first class, from the elegant breakfast buffet served in the art deco dining room to the chocolates delivered to the room each night,Comment of H. Russell , United States the 2015-02-14
"I would thoroughly recommend."
This truly is a fantastic hotel. The staff is so warm and treat all guests like their own family. The hotel itself is also very nice, with big rooms, big beds. The breakfasts are fine and the complimentary drinks are more than you would expect on a Bed and Breakfast basis. If visiting Paris, I would thoroughly recommend.
"Fabulous location, service and food."
Travelled as two couples to spend 3 days in Prague sightseeing and to visit the winter market. The Hotel is located on the edge of the old town 5 mins walk to the Old Town Square and market. We had standard rooms which were well maintained and looked over the street from the 2nd floor. The rooms were peaceful and clean and the beds supremely comfortable. We ate twice in the Cafe bar and once in the restaurant and the standard of cooking was excellent. Three course in the dining room in the evening more than met our expectations. At every staff contact we found all to be pleasant and extremely helpful. Room wifi was quick and easy to set up through the TV. This hotel has deserved v good reviews and deserves to succeed.
"Loved staying there"
We visited Prague for 4 days and wanted it to be specially as it was our anniversary. The hotel room were nice and spacious, well decorated with all necessary amenities. They also provided a cot bed for my 9 month old son even without me asking for it. The hotel is very close to the railway/metro station and 10 mins pleasant walk to the old town. Staff was very good. The only issue we had was the sitting space for Break fast was limited and we had to wait for some time to get s seat.
"Great location, beautiful fin-de-siecle architecture and decoration"
Plus: See above (location, architecture/deco), very attentive and competent staff. Minus: A rather tiny room; internet/TV complicated to operate and not stable; a no go: cappuccino during breakfast only at an extra charge
Very central location with Art Deco decor and slightly old fashioned with actual keys and locks for the rooms! Nothing was too much trouble for the rception staff and when we wanted to have a guide for the old Jewish quarter, it was all arranged just as we had asked. Martin on reception was excellent and very efficient. Breakfast was also very good with a vast selection. Of hot. and cold foods to cater for all nationalities with a constant supply of fresh coffee. All in all we thought the hotel and their staff were excellent.
