Placed at "The gold triangle", an unique cultural location surrounded by "Museo del Prado","Thyssen Bornemisza" and "Reina Sofia Art Museum".
"Good Find. Good Value."
This was a good online find. Great location with easy access via the Express Airport Bus. Nicely appointed large rooms. Super clean. And, good value for money! Lots of great restaurants nearby and key tourist sites are easily accessible.
"Convenient location and fair price"
We liked the convenience of taking the busbus rome airport to bus terminal. From there it is a short walk to hotel. Staff was efficient and friendly. Bed was one of the most comfortable ever slept in and shower was nice. Wifi good. Hey and so had a gym. There was a noisy event going in all night at a club nearby so with the window open it was troublesome. But the room was large and clean and nicely appointed.
"Great location, weak breakfast"
The hotel is very close to the Prado and the Reina Victoria museums, the Retiro park, and a number of good restaurants. It's silent and clean, front desk staff are happy to help you, and the price is right. The weak point is breakfast, not up to Spanish standards.
"Well-priced hotel exceeds expectations"
We booked this room for three nights. Given the good price point we found directly on the hotel's site, we weren't expecting very much. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We had a room with two twin beds that was modern and clean. The shower was also lovely. We did not originally have an iron or ironing board, but the staff kindly provided us with one. There was a bit of noise on Friday night because the hotel is one alley away from a night club. However, the noise did not keep either one of us up. We did not use the gym facility, but did go downstairs to take a look. It wasn't particularly impressive. This wasn't important to us, though. While this hotel isn't in the centre of the hustle and bustle, the location is still excellent. We were able to take short taxi rides to and from Gran Via. Atocha train station and three major museums (Prado, Sofia & Thyssen-Bornemisza) were within reasonable walking distance. The only down side was that one of the people at the front desk seemed a bit rude/snobby on our first day. We were actually concerned that he was racist or prejudiced in some way. However, the other staff members (subsequent days) were all friendly and kind. I hope to return to Madrid one day and would definitely book this hotel again.
"Fantastic room, Fantastic service"
We stayed two nights here, and we loved it. a short walk from the Atocha metro. The glass train station, botanical gardens and the park. 2 museums too. The room was lovely. The bed was big with huge cushions on it which I loved. A telly at the end of the bed was nice. Very clean room and bathroom. We were on the 4th floor so no traffic noise. The staff were just lovely and couldn't do enough for you. When we return to Madrid we will come here.
