We stayed there for a week. Awful service , staff is not trained at all, never left towels in the room. Receptionists forgot to inform us about the transfer to the airport. Most public places within the hotel crowded.

We Stayed at the Resort Pau Brasil Praia for 3 days. We traveled as a family, one couple and one couple with kids around 3 and 4 years. In general we have no positive comments to add. Only the beach in front of the hotel is really nice, but everyone can go there. This is NOT a resort, this a just a hotel with a swimming pool. Don't expect more. Our first impression was really bad. We were met in the reception by staff not being very welcoming. The check in took a really long time, and the gave us rooms at the very far end of the hotel. When we went to the rooms, we could not get into the room. Because you have to use a special code. No one told us this at the reception. So we had to go all the way back to the reception and a guy had to come and do the coding of the doors. When we got into the rooms, we found the remotes for air condition and tv not working, so we had once again to call the reception. The rooms is what you would expect to find i a 2 star hotel. They were clean, but without any atmosphere. When you take a shower, you cannot open the water in the sink at the same time. The water will become very hot in the shower, and you can burn you self. We tried this several times. The pool area is okay, but the water is very cold. For the kids, it was too cold. The water slide is very badly maintained, the top coating of the composite structure is several places worn away, so you can get scratches on your back. This could become really dangerous if not maintained. We had the all inclusive product, but every time we wanted to have some drinks, the staff was very suspicious. Even though we had an all inclusive band on our hand, we had to show a plastic card every time and the staff had to check the card in the machine and we had to sign a receipt. There was no service at the pool area, you had to go to the bar and ask for the drinks. They will not come to you and ask if you need something. The food in the restaurant was not fresh and we felt like the food was leftovers from the day before. Also there was a large construction work taking place in part of the hotel, which was noisy and dusty and not nice to look at. The money we spend for this place, was definitely not worth the value. So please look out, when you do your next booking in Porto Seguro. We can NOT recommend this Hotel.

In 2014 I booked a week’s holiday for Jan 2015. The hotel policy is 50% deposit (I paid in March) plus 50% balance 5 days before arrival. Since I would have already been en route I paid the 50% balance a month early. Due to a medical emergency I was forced to cancel my entire trip two weeks prior to scheduled arrival. All other hotels cancelled without any penalty once they saw the hospital certificate. This hotel said I should come for a week some other time. Being from Australia and with the medical issue, this is not practical. I suggested they keep the deposit and refund 50%. The response has been to cease all communication, and to ignore emails (in Portuguese!) as well as messages via their website. I'm most disappointed.

Missing a lot of good maintenance!! Tv was not working, shower with clogged pipes - bathroom was full of water!! In my friends's apartment phone and frigo bar were not working. Breakfast very low quality. Cafe at the bar - disaster. Cleaning also at low level. Maintenance of the swimming pool during morning hours when everyone wants to go swimming!! Reception Manager very unresponsable - at our last days was completly dumb on our comments. Uniqe advantage is that it is close to Toa Toa and to the beach. It has a lot of potencial but need a big investment and a good Manager.

fiquei hospedado de 7 a 13 de janeiro de 2017, começo de papo a CVC já me fez de palhaço por ter me trocado de hotel. No mais o resort pau-brasil não me deu suporte algum em tudo comida sem sabor, talheres sujos, atendimento muito ruim sem educação, eu acho que a gente como turista e como pessoas temos que ser pelo menos tratados com educação. Além de tudo sexta dia 13 fizeram eu sair do quarto meio dia mesmo eu querendo pagar ate as 20;00 horas sendo que meu voo era a 1:40 da manha não aceitaram e fizeram eu sair, liguei para vários números da CVC e ninguém fez nada vergonha falta de respeito com o cliente. E pedi nota fiscal do que consumi no hotel me enrolaram e ate agora nada nem por email. Já procurei o procon e vou entrar com um processo sim fiquei 13 horas com malas sem ter onde ir e sem segurança com minha bagagem. Não indico a ninguém. Email.firstname.lastname@example.org
