Excellent value. The location is very good. Not only close to all major sights but very close to the meeting point for most guided tours. That was a huge bonus that we were unaware of before hand. The hotel was very clean with a staff that was as good, if not better, than many more expensive hotels.
"The worst cleaning personal"
I went with my family but I was here for business. The hotel is very good in location and the rooms have very good size. But like a toll in reception my daughter was drinking orange juice and it felt in the bed some, some we took out the comforter and we tell reception about it. We came late after dinner and when we enter the bed for my surprise the same sheet that's the orange juice felt where there no one change the sheet they just put the same and under the bed they do not clean, I was very mad we paid for a clean room but this cleaning personal is very bad. That morning we told the reception personal and they will talk to the cleaning personal. That they we went to Toledo all day we came very late we are leaving the next day very early but for my surprise we think it was a joke the same dirty sheets where in the bed oh my lord.... Also the same peace of paper under the bed that I left there it was there. I hope the people that are in charge of the hotel see and deal with the cleaning personal, is not excuse but they are not doing there job just go in the room very fast and go.... Let see was excuse the hotel give now.... Sorry to write this but this is unacceptable...
"Well located, excellent breakfast"
Well located hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast in the adjacent bakery which is joined to the hotel is excellent, with fresh fruit juices, freshly baked bread and healthy options. Because of its location just off Gran Via the rooms can be noisy at night, but it is great place to stay if you are exploring central Madrid for a few days. The hotel has several comfortable 4-bed family rooms (double and bunks) which are ideally suited for a travelling family. There is wheelchair access with a hoist for front steps and a lift.
"Transit stop Madrid airport "
Stayed here as I had early flight to Malaga next day but free airport bus transfer and cannot be un happy with the price If you need to get a flight early next day . I did a short walk which is a residential area and very reasonable prices for food and drink
The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing and very close to a wide range of restaurants, bars etc. The staff (especially Miguel) was very helpful in providing information and recommendation on restaurants, day trips and anything else we needed. The rooms are clean. Our was not very spacious. It was located at the ground floor very near to reception (which meant lots of noise sometimes, no views... we were at the street level with people passing near the window and looking directly in our bed.. we had to keep the curtains in front of the windows for the whole stay). So, try to obtain a room at an upper floor. We did not have breakfast (as it was too expensive in our view); we had plenty of cheaper options near the hotel. Good Wi-Fi
