"Great Hotel with Great location!"
The hotel was nice and clean. The stuff were pleasent and always tried to help. We also had breakfests and it was fresh and very tasty. In the lobby there's a coffee machine free to use. It's location is great: 100 steps from the Gran via (main street) and from couple of main metro stations, supermarket and variety of restaurants. Great starting point for every to every square and alley.

"Excellent headquarters to explore Madrid"
Ideal location, extremely kind and helpful personal, services of very good level. Even our extra requests were fulfilled fast and easily. Our room was located in the mansard, minimally taking in water, while it rained. Illumination of the room was weak. No bedside tables. Reading lamp only for one side at the french bed. Breakfast range excellent, but the breakfast-room is located in the drafty lobby, where entrance door will open and close continuously, without any isolation. In the well designed bathroom no place to put the soap/shower gel while showering. The soap we started to use, disappeared regularly after cleaning, whithout replacing. Summarizing: A very pleasant hotel with some not to essential drawbacks. We enjoyed ourselves in this hotel, and we recommend it to others.
"Great for a weekend break"
Splendid place for an anniversary break. Very pleasant and helpful staff, the breakfast choice was excellent for a continental hotel and the 24 hour availability of coffee and tea was really good. We had one of the inner rooms overlooking an atrium which made for a very quiet and comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy, lighting good but like most hotels these days the switching arrangements can be confusing! Overall, an excellent stay, with close proximity to the Metro (only a 5 Euro trip each way from the airport) , eateries, places of interest and theatres. Would go there again, need I say more'
"Very poor hotel and service"
The hotel is very well located near a Metro station but the rest is not good at all. The room is very poor, the people working there don't seem to notice you unless you direct to them, the room after cleaning smelled a lot of leach. I made my booking directly with the hotel and asked for a small attention on the room location - I was not attended for sure and don't even know why because no one mentioned anything about it....
