The Savoy Hotel Petit Palace Alfonso XII was previously a palace dating from the 19th century, located in Calle Alfonso XII, originally called Calle Granada, when this street was opened during the reign of Isabel II (1833 - 1868).
The hotel is located opposite the Retiro Park, and is just a few meters from the Puerta de Alcalá, the AVE train station of Atocha, the Royal Botanical Gardens and the prestigious and famous Prado Museum in the so-called Golden Triangle of Museums (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia).
