The hotel is located between the city centre and the residential area and adjacent to the main roads linking Burgos with Madrid, Vitoria, Santander and Valladolid. Easy access by motorway and road. Very close to the Arlanzón river and one of the best green spaces of the city.

"Great hotel, nice room."
I checked in here last month, just for a transit on my way to France. The hotel staffs are friendly, room is nice, free wifi, location is also good. Reception staffs are helpfull as well. Couldn't ask for more....
"Smart Modern Hotel"
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first visit was many years ago ( before Tripadvisor I believe) and naturally after all this time the hotel has had a complete makeover and total refurb. It is a smart, modern, clean establishment, The staff were very helpful and polite and spoke good English. We arrived shortly after lunch time and they directed us to two very nice tapas bars within walking distance. Our room was spacious with a very large double bed and the ensuite facilities were very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. Traditional continental breakfast comprising croissants, rolls, fresh bread and a selection of cold meats and cheeses or a good full English if you prefer. We stayed for one night as it was a very covenient stopover on our drive back to Santander and would ceertainly stay here again. Free WiFi is available.
"Don't be put off by exterior"
This is a good basic business style hotel at a very economical rate. The exterior is in need of some attention but the rooms have been nicely refurbished and are a good size. Comfortable bed although rather bouncy so for two people can be disturbing. Very nice shower. Excellent free Wifi. Parking in secure underground garage 12 euros. We had a room on the 8th floor with a nice view towards the centre of town. (Burgos is more of an overnight stop rather than a place to stay though.) Downside of our room was that it didn't seem to have been vacuumed although the bathroom was very clean. Towels were a little on the worn side. Location: about 10 minute walk to centre where there is some nice architecture and some very good restaurants. All in all, given the very cheap room rate I would recommend this hotel and would use it again if travelling through that area.
"Its true you get what you pay for"
Being 15 mins walk from the old city centre, the hotel is somewhat cheaper but supposed rated at 4* - expected it to be more for business than tourist. The hotel is simply "tired" and in need of a sprucing up. The most uncomfortable beds we have experienced in a very long time. Lift service insufficient to cope with busy times. Rooms noisy due to uncarpeted floors in corridors and rooms. Limited and unappealing lounge area with a bar than is mostly unmanned - so getting an after dinner coffee/drink was problemmatic. All in all a bad choice and would give a 2 rating but for the price.
"Well only if you want to save money..."
Hotel wasn't the best. Feels like it was from the early 60's and has been remodeled. Dinner there was sub-par and the dessert was fresh fruit that sounds appetizing until you find out it was a green apple with a green, hard pear. Shower worked but not well. I felt safe although the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. Would I want to stay there again' Probably not if I had a better choice. Was glad we only spent one night there.
