"Tidy and friendly"
Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Handy location to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Stayed here for the All Blacks vs Pumas game then came back after Iguazu. Superior room was better. Probably noisy in high season as nightclub on top.
"Nice and comfortable, good location."
Having already seen some of the dreadful hotels Buenos Aires had to offer, this was a breath of fresh air. Nicely furnished, spacious rooms and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Location is good for most tourist attractions and the staff are helpful, if not necessarily friendly. Food is good and Wi-Fi is decent. Only downside is that the gym is terrible, not even usable. Just a collection of outdated cardio machines! Otherwise, good though!
"Great location, clean and nice staf."
Near the hotel youcan find good shops for clothes, just a few blocks a wonderful place with "divinas empanadas", and nearby you will find good restaurants to taste a wonderful barbecue. Walking around was safe and we find nice spots.
"Same food every day"
Hotel Was nice. One street behind Florida. Very accessible. 20 minutes to Puerto madero for conference. Good access to subway San Martin. Room at level 10 was quiet and nice. Waitress Elizabeth very friendly and helpful. But breakfast was 95 percent similar every day. We stayed for 9 days. 7 days had the same type of egg. Could the style of cooking egg change at least a little bit ' Some days we can bacon chunks but most days muffin like infused with bacon. Very tiring for long stays like mine Would so appreciate if menu Could change a little
I spent three nights at the hotel and have no complaints. Great staff and comfortable room. The only thing to keep in mind is applicable to any hotel in the area. It is located in the city centre close to the pedestrian shopping street, Florida Ave. The area has a lot of petty crime. My driver's purse was stolen right out of her car. The day before, I was on the sidewalk in front of the hotel waiting for a day tour and I had a taxi driver pick me up saying he has been sent by the company running the day tour I was waiting for. (Standing by the door with a piece of paper in my hand...I looked like someone waiting for a day tour). Turns out he was a scammer. He drove me around the block, stopped and asked for a dollar. I was too busy looking for the bus and the guy preyed on that and managed to palm $80 when he snatched my wallet from me. Only took him an instant and I never saw it. Turned out he dropped me off a block from the hotel. So, take precautions. Other than this, I've had no issue walking by myself (I'm female) in the area but never walked with my camera out or with a purse. I asked the hotel staff to tell people waiting for day tours to wait inside the lobby to avoid the same experience I had. The guides will come inside looking for you.
