"Nice hotel, good location, good rooftop bar"
We stayed for three nights in this hotel. It is ideally placed for exploring central Buenos Aires on foot with a handy supermarket just over the street to buy water. The rooms are decorated in a modem monochrome style and are comfortable with a good wifi signal & aircon although as is typical for a city centre hotel they are smaller in size. The higher the floor the quieter. The rooftop bar is lovely on an early evening to watch the sunset over the city but it does get busy with non-guests and on one evening was completely shut for a private party. Breakfast was very pleasant with a nice selection of food but some of the leather seats are very worn and need replacing. The hotel doesn't look very impressive from the outside but we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially arranging for taxis etc.
"Fine hotel - nothing special "
Stayed here for 4 nights over US Thanksgiving holiday. Rooftop bar was best part of the building. Rooms are small, bathrooms just adequate and carpeting was quite dirty. Our room had a limit on how high the air conditioning would go which was not cold enough for the 90 heat. We are seasoned travelers so this is an adequate and safe hotel with a good daily breakfast. Otherwise - just average. If they offer you private car service to airport (which we took) beware - we got a dirty minivan. Seemed more like an Uber.
"Three working days in Buenos Aires"
This is a small hotel but very warm! You will find small but clean rooms, the WIFI is for free and fast, even into the elevator. The breakfast is included in the rate (very good rate by the way), you will find the typical products from Argentina such as the "media lunas" (some kind of sweet bread), scrambled eggs, fruit, etc...The only problem is that the coffee is not served by the waiters, it is self serve, and sometimes is not available. In general terms the hotel is fantastic, very good located, close to everything, very recommendable.
"Pleasant City Hotel"
The Buenos Aires Pulitzer is located within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the Retiro railway station. It's also close to a pleasant city park. Maipú runs parallel to a main shopping street that's pedestrian, Florída. The hotel was once rather glitzy but is a bit the worse for wear. Reception was efficient and friendly. My room had lots of glitter but clearly needed a renovation although everything was clean. But clean is not the same as unworn. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom had everything you'd expect. There's a roof terrace and also a swimming pool of sorts. The water didn't look very clean so I didn't dip in. There's a nice roof bar and drinks are not expensive.
"Bad hotel beautiful pictures"
Bad location. pictures are nice but tis hotel needs an updated. dirty rooms, nasty bathrooms and dirty curtains. Pool was green not operating at that time. gym has 2 machines. staff not friendly. breakfast ok. don't recommend it
