"Felt like a king and queen!"
We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Sacher, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was gorgeous. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and loved the food and the special touches in the breakfast buffet for Easter were delightful, Would love to come back someday!
"You have to stay in Hotel Sacher!"
We had a really great time at the luxurious beautiful hotel Sacher. All service was perfect and remarkable. The room cleaned perfectly anytime, all staffs are sincerely kind. Even the spa was really convenient. We love Hotel Sacher's history and it's classical and beautiful interior. Breakfast and all drinks in the bar was also delicious ! Moreover the location is perfect to visit anywhere in Wien. Not only service but also ambiance of the hotel was lovely and fantastic. It is definitely highly recommended!
"THE Best Hotel in Vienna!"
From booking to arrival and our stay at the Sacher was second to none! You must treat yourself and stay in this beautiful hotel! Through the booking website of the hotel we could book a chaffeur car to pick us up at the airport on arrival and I can highly recommend using this service for 55 euros. The check in staff were amazing and check in was quick and the receptionist showed us to our suite on the seventh floor which was a corner room with a terrace you can walk out onto and see the beautiful rooftops of Vienna! The room was immaculately clean and beautifuly serviced every day! We were given a beautiful fruit platter and a special Easter platter with a rabbit shaped cake and some Easter Eggs! The concierges were very helpful (especially great service from Amel and Erich....thankyou) friendly and booked us great seats that night to the famous concert hall the Musikverein at Bosendorferstrasse 12 , (you see on TV the New Year's Eve concert in this concert hall) and we saw a Mozart concert the first evening, with the musicians dressed in Viennese costumes. The concierge also got us great seats for the Opera in the beautiful Opera house across the road from the hotel. He also booked us a private guide who took us to the Schonbrunn Palace, met us at the hotel, short taxi ride to the palace and a 2 hr guided tour of the Palace. As a guest of the hotel you automatically get a table in the famous Sacher Cafe linked to the hotel therby skipping the long line of people each day waiting to get into the cafe! They take you in through a back entrance in the hotel! We also ate the beautiful Sacher torte in the beautiful Red lounge room in the hotel! We ate in the Anna Sacher Restaurant and the service and food/wines were exceptional!(international food). We did not eat in the hotel's traditional Austrian restaurant but I can highly recommend you try both the hotel's restaurants! Alo go to the Blue room Bar for a wine in the afternoon/evening! The belly boys and door staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Alen and Gerhard!! Worked out in the small gym every day. It had just the right amount of equipment for you if you love the gym when you travel! Well done to everyone at the Sacher for making our stay so enjoyable!
"Where Royalty Stay"
We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and where provided with an upgrade to a suite. The room was incredibly beautiful. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, fruit and chocolates. They even put rose petals on the bed in a shape of a heart. The view of the opera house was equally nice. It ended up being quite an amazing view as we were able to watch the crowds form from our window when Prince Charles and Camilla arrived at Hotel Sacher. Staying at the same hotel as the Prince was quite a treat and one I will always remember. The entire hotel staff treated us very well during our stay. Although we were not royalty, we were treated as such at Hotel Sacher!
"Wonderful location and experience!"
Famous landmark yet intimate and personable. Enjoy a Sacher Torte, a drink in the beautiful Blue Bar, exceptional breakfast buffet in the beautiful dining room. Treated like royalty yet greeted by name. Ushered ahead of the long lines to the restaurants. Stunning accommodations - quiet and elegant. A must when in Vienna - like staying at the Plaza when in New York!
