Not so good, but no bad. The hotel is on a safe area near main railway station Praha hl.n. (2min by foot) The old city center is about 30 minutes Varied breakfast if you just stay for 1-2 days Not expensive hotel
This is a lovely hotel and I would happily stay here again. The staff were incredibly helpful, both via email before our arrival, and during our stay. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning after an early flight and were expecting just to leave our bags, but our room was ready. We were at the front of the hotel on the first floor. The room was a good size, nice and airy with high ceiling and big windows that open. Some reviews said the rooms were hot, but we didn't find this at all and we turned the air con fan off for the second night as the temperature was fine as it was for sleeping. The bed was a big king, not 2 singles joined together, and it was very comfy. It was a bit odd having a single duvet each, but not a big deal. There were plenty of electric sockets (make sure you have a european adaptor with a hole in it to make a triangle with the 2 pins, as there is a pin which comes out from the wall plug socket). Phones could be charged on the bedside tables, which makes a nice change from many of the UK hotels I've stayed in. I took a risk and didn't bring my own hair dryer as I saw there was one in the bathroom, and it was powerful enough for my challenging hair! I took a travel mirror with me, and I am glad I did, as the mirror in the bathroom isn't great for doing make-up (no natural light) and the full length mirror in the bedroom wasn't near a plug socket for my straighteners! We didn't having anything from the mini bar, but made tea/coffee. Reception happily supplied a small jug of fresh milk as our 'creamer' hadn't been replaced. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and a cool, bright dining room. On our last day we were able to check out and leave our bags while we spent the day in the city before our night flight home. The hotel organised taxis for us to and from the airport - quite a long drive (30 mins) so worth it. They also made reservations in restaurants for us.
"good location and hotel"
Hotel has a convenient location (near to Wenceslas square). You can easily walk to any tourist attraction. It is very quite hotel, clean and staff are friendly. Only matrass in our room was worn out, so I will suggest to replace it. Breakfast is good, a lots to choose from and serve until 10.30-11am. They hold our suitcases after check-out so we can go sightseeing before flying back home. Will stay there again and also will recommend it to others too.
Booked a trip to Prague, arriving on the boyfriend's birthday. After a trip out, we came back to a birthday card and fruit salad. Such a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend staying here, so friendly and helpful.
