"Overall very pleasant"
A not too large Hotel which made an effort for the start of Advent. Small touches, but they counted. My room was adequate and the bathroom spacious, thought the lighting could have been better. The disappearing towels were interesting. I started with four and on the last day of my stay there were only two, though I wished for a third for my hair. Something that should be thought about. Not an area I would usually stay at as it is near the shopping area though the Old Town Square is not too far away. A good Hotel on a budget
"Excellent customer service"
We had a very nice stay here. It's just a few blocks from the shopping district and old town. The bathroom was quite large for a hotel and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was quite good. A lot to choose from and everything very fresh. A very good apricot juice which they also provide at the front desk as a nice perk. Bottle of water are also available at the front desk. What really gives them a high rating for us was the customer service at the front desk. We were affected by the Luftansa strike and Jan spent a lot of time tring to help us find another flight. We ended up going extra early the next morning and because we would miss breakfast, they had brown bags for us to take. Very thoughtful. This to me is service going above and beyond. It was much appreciated. Would stay there again if we return to Prague. Oh almost forgot a Cinema City was very close and we went to the movies.
"Quiet and cozy hotel near Hlavni Nadrazi"
Quiet hotel close to Hlavni nadrazi (about a 4 minute walk). A nice hotel for the price (not cheaply decorated, but simple elegance). Great service at the front desk, helpful with directions and wait staff were courteous. Room was clean and warm, plenty of electrical outlets and space for luggage. Single room had a king bed. Bathroom was clean and shower was spacious. The room was nicely decorated like a boutique hotel without overdone opulence. Mini bar was a little overpriced. Breakfast was huge...large choice of hot items (eggs, sausage, potatoes), pastries, fruit, cheese, and plenty of items to mix into yogurt. Several choices of juice, try the apricot! A very good deal when it was included with my room price. I would definitely stay again when visiting Prague. It's far enough from the square where you don't encounter a crowd of tourists right outside the door.
"Very good hotel"
2 mins walk from main station, 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and metro. Old town square and much more is within 20-30 min walking distance. In a fairly quiet position. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Room and ensuite spacious and selection of good quality toiletries provided. Safe and mini bar. Friendly and helpful staff with good command of English. Broad selection every morning on the breakfast buffet.
"Birthday weekend away"
We stayed here for a cheapish price, for a friends 40th. Location couldn't be easier to reach from airport, right next to a metro stop. The checkin was easy, and rooms easy to find. I'd say the hotel was a little warm, even mid Oct we needed windows open all night to keep cool whilst sleeping. Opposite is a small mini mart which offers more affordable snacks and food than the mini bar or room service. Breakfast is nice, a wide selection of food, cooked, cold, pastry and fruit. If I return to Prague, id certainly consider the hotel again.
