We had a wonderful time at Le Doge, staying over New Year’s there. It is conveniently located near the medina of Casablanca. This glamourous boutique hotel was originally an Art Deco townhouse built in the 1930s. It was an oasis of luxury to which we happily returned each evening after an intense day out and about in the city. All the rooms are beautiful, each styled with an individual theme inspired by an famous writer or artist of the Art Deco era, such as Josephine Baker or Scott Fitzgerald. We stayed in the Coco Chanel, which we loved so much that we requested it again when we came back two weeks later. What made the stay special was the friendliness of the staff, including Moazzine and Sanaa, and especially the kind help we received from the manager Laurent Delord, who helped us considerably by facilitating with all those tiny details that make all the difference between a good and a great vacation. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at Le Doge.

Très bel hôtel, très bel accueil, personnel aux petits soins pour ses clients à n'importe quelle heure, c'est agréable de sentir autant d'implication pour satisfaire les moindres demandes. Les suites sont vraiment confortables et très bien pensées, un mot s'impose pour décrire les chambres: la classe. Le jardin suspendu est tout simplement magnifique comme une oasis au coeur de Casa... J'émettrais toutefois deux petites réserves qui ne sont toutefois que des détails minimes devant l'excellente impression générale de notre séjour, l'insonorisation des chambres, on entendait parfois le bruit de l'extérieur même si dans l'ensemble le quartier est plutôt calme, et la méconnaissance de l'hotel, par les taxis, par les casaouis en général et jusqu'aux voisins, c'est vraiment dommage car l'hotel gagne à être connu même si cela peut apparaitre aussi comme un gage de tranquillité[:hide]. Merci à tout le personnel pour leur disponibilité.
