Writing this review whilst laying in my comfy warm hotel bedroom. Although pretty chilly outside the hotel is warm and welcoming. The rooms are excellent. I booked a single room as that is all I required but it's luxury. The shower room is bigger than my bathroom at home and spotless. The staff at the hotel are all very helpful and friendly. Others had complained about noise but I'm on the 1st floor and street facing and I haven't had an issue but I haven't been here at the weekend. The hotel is in a great location to the square and many bars and restaurants but tucked away enough from the busy strip. The bar and restaurant close at 22:00, maybe a bit early for a hotel but there are plenty of bars a 5 minute walk away. We didn't try the restaurant but it looks nice and the menu is comparable to a lot of the restaurants. The hotel even offer a courtesy ride to the airport which is excellent. Thank you for a great stay Unicus.
What a lovely hotel. Superb location with just a minute walk or so to the Main Square at Krackow where it all happens. Lovely breakfast in a really clean environment. Staff were all very attentive and was very pleasantly surprised and all added to making the trip even more memorable having accommodation that you were happy to comeback to after a day/night sightseeing/eating/drinking. I would recommend to others.

"In the Heart of Old Town"
Our room was included in a tour package, so I'm not sure about the price. The boutique hotel is located in Old Town, which was a little noisy late into the night - request a fan or bring earplugs if that sort of thing bothers you. It is a fantastic location in a renovated building. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with unusal, modern plumbing. (square toilets...) I thought it was also different in that type of building to have a nice elevator available. The basement restaurant's menu was limited, but the breakfast buffet was outstanding with lots of variety and eggs on order from the kitchen. The staff was always helpful and there was a computer beside reception for patrons use.
"krakow old town"
Location is terrific. The reception was extremely helpful and friendly. They made everything so easy, airport transfer, booking tours, directions, bus information... I was concerned breakfast was not included but it was so reasonable it didn't matter. They will make eggs benedict, pancakes, etc. and then a wide selection of buffet options on top of that in a very charming restaurant on their lower level. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. I found it too firm, however everyone prefers something different so that cannot really be pinned on the hotel. also more pillows would have been nice but again we didn't bother to call for them or else I'm sure they would have complied as they were tremendously accommodating. Just a welcoming, pleasant stay overall. Location was exactly what I was hoping for and I would without a doubt stay here again. Other complaints about the noisy street did not bother me. The adjoining street (florianski) is very busy, one evening was a bit noisy but it did not bother me at all. we kept the windows closed and used the ac.
