"Very well located hotel, very friendly staff"
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel since it was very well located, close to Brickell Key, downtown Miami, Coconut Groove and so on. The staff was excellent, specially, Sergio, Servando, Sarahi, Brandon and David in the bar. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and my room was always well cleaned by the time I got back to the hotel. However, the room itself was not more than ok. The breakfast was not great. Always offering the same and there weren't many options.
"OK Hotel in Miami"
I stayed at this hotel for three nights back in December 2016. The hotel was OK but not more. Old furnished but clean. The crew at the hotel was great and very friendly. The internet connection was free but not best WIFI. There was free shuttle bus down to Miami. They need to do more with the breakfast. There was almost nothing to choose.
I enjoyed my stay at hotel urbano. There are several things I liked about this hotel. First, it was like an art gallery. They had gorgeous artwork everywhere. Second, the hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the scent of the toiletries. Also, they had complementary breakfast and as a vegan I was able to get a pretty good selection of fruits and other items. The staff was very kind and friendly. The front desk staff lady was helpful and guided me regarding which neighborhoods to visit and which ones to exercise caution in. Overall, I had a good experience at Hotel Urbano and would recommend it to others.
"Great location, good night sleep!"
The hotel is very well located, very close to the Rickenbacker Causeway. We enjoyed the stay since we could go out for jogging with a nice view, there were good restaurants within a few minutes of driving, and close to the I95 to connect with other areas of interest. The staff was very kind, the room was confortable and clean, and we had good sleep at night. Valet parking is available. Breakfast is not their forte.
"Urbano at Brickell"
Very old hotel and not a Boutique as advertised. No Room Service and the continental breakfast is poor and repetitive. Housekeeping is bad, I stayed for 19 days and 2 days the room was not cleaned or bed made up, hardly vacaummed the carpets which are old, worn out and tired. Overall the Hotel needs to be revitalized. On the positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful the best way they could.
