"Business trip Paris Fashion week"
I was at this hotel on the second floor and stayed for 1 week. That was almost by the end of my 4 weeks trip and for sure was a need of washing clothes the basics like tee shirts and underwear. I just had bought a few and i wanted to dry clean them before using. The dry clean service from the hotel managed to shrink all my tee shirts and to burn the elastic of my underwear. I communicate the manager of the hotel about the incident and left all the shirts and underwear on the box were they were delivered to me. 4 days after i was still having the conversation about some compensation from the damage they cause in 12 shirts and a few underwear. They treat it the cause poorly and did not give the importance i found it was necessary. by the end of our conversation i decide to move to other hotel and leave that place. BTW the breakfast was charged 30 euros per time and sucked big time!!! Never will return to that place.
"Wonderful spot in Paris"
A Perfect place to stay!! Great location, informed and very helpful staff, beautiful garden and lounge area, and an up-to-date boutique room overlooking the garden with everything we needed....especially the make-up mirror in bath that was also lit so that it could be used for night light. We'll definitely be back for our next trip to Paris!!
"We were told upon arrival that they're fully booked even though we booked our rooms in advance"
We booked two twin rooms for one night and were looking forward to stay at this beautiful hotel. Upon arrival we were told that some guest didn't move out and they couldn't provide us with rooms. They suggested to move us into their sister hotel de Sers. Manager who spoke with us promised to provide us with upgrade and the same level of accommodations as in hotel Vernet. We were placed in double rooms with additional sofa beds, with no upgrade and no complimentary gestures. I complained about this to the management, called to manager in hotel Vernet but none of them did anything. We were told that if we don't like the hotel they could help us find another 5 star hotel elsewhere. In the end we payed the same amount as if we would stay in hotel Vernet. Even though we stayed in worse rooms and provided with downgraded level of breakfast. We were extremely unsatisfied with service and how these two hotels handled the situation.
Erwin Sartre met us as we arrived. He was great. We met him every day and had interaction with him. The accommodations were phenomoinal. It made our stay a memorial experience. This was the first stop of several stops in France. Thank you.
What a very nice place. So well located. Loved the decoration and atmosphere. Bathroom absolutely stunning. A bit disappointed by the service. Hopefully didn't paid full price as was benefiting of negotiated price.
