Set in a characteristic street between the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon, Hotel White lies just a hundred meters from the splendid Trevi Fountain and in close proximity to all of Rome's other major attractions.
"Great location and service !!! "
Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner. The Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was my partner's birthday while we were away and we were offered a bottle of wine for free because of that. They also upgraded us free of charge. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel - don't waste your money on taxis. We went to a restaurant called Marco G in Tratesvere & Aroma; near the Colleseum. Both were exceptional. Thank you to Hotel White for making our stay enjoyable. This was a weekend to remember :)
"Great central location"
We stayed here for 3 nights during a recent trip to Rome. The hotel has a fabulous central location and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The room was not quite what we were expecting considering we had upgraded to an Executive room, the bed was on a mezzanine, it was a bit smaller than we'd have hoped, the walls were a bit shabby with marks on them but on the whole it was okay considering this was just a place to sleep and for a city centre it was probably more than acceptable.. The staff were always friendly, helpful and polite and its location outweighed any other concerns,
"Fantastic stay, friendly staff and IDEAL location!!!"
We stayed as a couple in November for 3 nights. HOTEL: Before arriving at the hotel we prebooked a taxi with the hotel to pick us up from the airport. The team were very quick to respond. Our driver was lovely and whilst driving, also passed several sights and he explained the history of Rome to us. Upon arrival we was very impressed with how modern the hotel was and the reception staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. ROOM: We stayed in room 121 which was outside through the garden. When we first arrived the room had a very bad smell to it. We requested to move rooms however found the rooms in the main building to be a lot smaller. The staff were really helpful and understanding, and we decided to stay in the original room and the smell wasn't an issue as it soon disappeared. The bathroom was massive and had a jetted tub. Rooms were cleaned daily and new towels provided. BREAKFAST: A wide variety of choice, including cereals, yogurts, fruit, pastries, bread, continental and also a small choice of hot food including scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee, Tea and Juice. LOCATION: This is the BEST thing about the hotel - just meters from the Trevi Fountain and most sights within walking distance. Central location to shops, trains and hop on hop off bus stops. FOOD: Highly recommend That's Amore - directly opposite hotel. The food was INCREDIBLE and service so quick but not rushed. Every night there were people queuing outside for a table - who were offered a complimentary glass of champagne to wait. So definitely book a table in advance. A must for Gelato - a shop nearby called Venchi. Reception team also recommended a local restaurant nearby too called Olimpio. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Hotel White and would definitely stay here again.
"Very Nice Hotel, Perfect Location"
The building (a little bit small) has an old external outlook but inside you will find a modern look. We (family of 5) stayed for a week in double and a triple. The rooms were little small but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast (continental) was excellent. The food was always great, almost the same everyday but enough variety. The staff in the breakfast room was very nice. Danilo (I hope I remembered well his name) did an amazing work each morning fighting alone with a massive invasion of starving and accelerated tourists. The location is excellent. It is just a short walk to everything.
"smart boutique type hotel"
We arrived at 12.30 and were able to check in straight away. We had room 207 which was very quiet as it is in the back. The hotel is modern and very clean and the staff are very professional and welcoming. We had a standard room which was an adequate size - nice bathroom etc. The tea making facility was renewed every day. All the attractions are within walking distance. We took a taxi to the Vatican [15 euros] but we walked back stopping to look at a few shops on the way. Most of the restaurants on the street are aimed at tourists except Piccolo Arancio [down a nearby side street]. 'Thats Amore 'is across the street and was always full but the tables are very close together and it looked a bit hectic so we didn't try it. The central location of this hotel probably can't be beaten.
