"Excelent dowtown hotel"
Very close to the city center and Danube river, great area for walks and to admire the city. We stayed only one night as a stop in our longer route but we agreed to come back for a longer week-end or a small holiday (and I mean to this hotel). In the past we stayed in Budapest 1 or 2 days but only passing by and visiting as much as we could, now this hotel made us to want to come back for a vacation here with our two small children (10 months and 6 years old now). Thanx
"Really Nice Hotel near the Danube"
I was in Budapest for business, my wife chose this hotel for me because it's really near city center. Room clean, extremely kind service personal. I stood very well. My advice is to also have dinner in their restaurant.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful with finding a local restaurant and its booking. The breakfast were rich with a lot of options to choose from and with daily changing special menu. The room was great as well. The only small issue was with the room temperature, which was quite high, and we could not figure out how to use the digital thermostat correctly.
"Really good !"
Excellent location, comfortable rooms(we had two connected), clean, spacious enough & cozy, exeptional variety in the breakfast and helpfull staff. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price , which is a bit spicy, though not very expensive.
"Great stay - would visit again"
Staff friendly and helpful. Check-in/ check out easy. As 4 friends we valued being able to stay in one room together and for that room to be spacious. This hotel is well located close to many attractions and local amenities that the hotel staff will help you explore. Would definitely stay again. One thing to note is the smell (maybe 'aroma' is a better word) of bread rolls in the common areas of the hotel (not in the rooms) as there is a bakery next door. Fine if you like bread rolls, not fine if you don't! This wouldn't stop me booking again though. Other small things were: Pillows were too soft for me but there is a pillow menu. Duvet for second bed was missing but staff brought it up immediately. Fire alarm went off mid stay but assurance from reception was immediate and professional. Our room was near the restaurant so we could hear chairs moving in the morning but I think you'll get this everywhere, plus it was time to get up and explore the city!!
