"Confort and Elegance"
My 2 days stay was for business purpose. Greate hotel at Bellevue. Located at a greate and strategic place at Bellevue, For those who needs to buy on line and send packages to Hyatt, they charge $7,20 per package and $40 per big packages
"Big well-managed hotel"
The Hyatt has been there for more than a decade - and you can't tell other than that it has grown over the years not loosing in its style or quality. That said - your room looks like any other Hyatt hotel. The huge benefit is, that it is just a skybridge away from the Bellevue shopping mall and a couple of good restaurants as well.
"Reliably good stay"
Little has changed in the past year since our last stay. This is a reliably good, well-managed hotel with attention to service that you would expect. There is nothing physically charming about the property, as it blends in with every other modern high rise in downtown Bellevue. What it has going for it is the view and the central locale. If you like malls, there is a major one attached to the hotel. The club level rooms were perfectly fine. The bathrooms are of standard size and with plenty of towels and toiletries. The building did not seem noisy on the 21st floor. The wifi was fast and reliable enough. This year we stayed in the older original Cascade Tower as opposed to the newer tower. There seemed to be little difference. The Regency Club is very small. In fact way too small for all but mid-week business crowds. We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday so it was swamped with families and young children. The staff made a valiant effort to keep it neat and well stocked and kept a constant smile on their face despite families turning it into their home kitchen table. The management told me later that they have plans for a redesign and expansion which is needed. It is currently in just two merged guest rooms on the 23rd floor. There is a little balcony with several tables (if it is not raining). The front desk staff and valet were great. The valet cost is steep which is totally expected these days. The major disappointment was the subsidiary lounge and restaurant called 13 Coins. It had terrible food, atmosphere and service. Hyatt should really remove this for their own product. Again, this is part of a meeting center and shopping arcade, so the public spaces can be busy during special events.
"Our favorite spot"
it has become a family tradition to stay here Thanksgiving weekend. We look forward to it each year. We love to watch the parade, shop and get ready for the holidays! The location is perfect. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & helpful. They always have great suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do while we are here.
