Beautiful Hotel. Lots of amenities. Loved the dolphin cruise and private beach. The pool areas were amazing. Comfort of the bed was average. Room very quiet after 9 pm. Unfortuantely our room did not have much of a view and we were located right next to a conference room which did have a noisy event going on during one of our days there.
"Good but worn"
Nice but worn. The hotel needs maintenance inside and out. Housekeeping did not replace the dirty mugs. Did not like the private beach at all. Tons of sea shells which maid it hard to walk on the sand and in the water. Pools were nice. They are building another one. Large slide that kids would love. I did not love the area. Naples was better. Hotel was empty so Oct was a good time of year to visit.
"Sleeping on a Cloud"
The bed and pillows are so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! Our room was very quiet with lovely balcony views. The pool and lounging areas are wonderful. Even though this is a ‘high rise’ hotel, they deliver a pampered experience of a small exclusive spa hotel. The service in the bar and restaurant is excellent.
Great property we enjoyed the beach and ferry - restaurants where very disappointing. We tried both 5 star's wish we went off property to dine as Bonita Springs has very good restaurants. Room was nice but service was very late and often forget the essentials.
"Great Property "
We live in Miami and like to take a little getaways to the Gulf side. What can I say about this resort '' Lush beautiful grounds with lots and lots of swaying coconut palms. The rooms are clean, bright and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and some rooms have beautiful balconies. You will want to spend most of your time enjoying this resorts amenities and not hang out in the rooms. You can take a short boat ride to the private beach and may even see a dolphin or two on the way. I believe they have three pools with a water slide and an awesome waterfall. One of the three pools is adult only. You can utilize the trolley to access the lazy river on its sister property (just short ride). I also enjoyed laying under the stars in the hammocks . The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The automatic sunblock machine is a nice touch, it cost 3 dollars but in my opinion money well spent especially for the little ones.
