Our stay was great and the hotel is high quality as you would expect it. Some minor issues: - The pen in the room (Junior Suite) did not work. I really needed it that evening. Should not happen. - The waiter did not understand my order of two prosecci which is the plural of 1 prosecco. Then we waited 30mins but got a champagne instead. - I like kids, but if there are 10 Spa rules, why not two for: 11) Permanent screaming and yelling prohibited and 12) Maximum recommended bath time 30mins, so that other guests can also use the jacuzzi.Comment of G. "Staff Our Very Friendly and Helpful"
I spent 5 nights at this hotel and was very happy with the friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness of the staff. Anytime I had a question or request the staff took care of it immediately and had a smile on their face. The room was spacious and very clean with plenty of fresh towels. I would have given this hotel a five if it were not for the following 2 concerns. The air conditioning from the elevator to the room on each floor was so cold it was unreal. I thought I left winter behind but I quickly rediscovered it when exiting the elevator heading to my room. Second, it is too bad I could not open the windows to my room to get some fresh air. I would have loved that.
Stayed here multiple times. Service is always very good. Great improvements have been done to the property. Great location near miracle mile. Rooms are always top notch. Employees have always been fantastic.
"Nice Hotel but...."
The hotel itself is impressing. Good service, excellent breakfast and good location (many restaurants and shops nearby) but when you check in make sure to ask for a room far away from the elevator. The noise is annoying.
Our cruise company booked us into this hotel - on arrival we found the staff pleasant and the porter most helpful. However our room was a disappointment. The internal telephone did not work. The hair dryer had such a short cable - about 1/2 a metre it was impossible to blow-dry my hair standing up. As there was no stool in the bathroom I had to move the office chair in order to sit down and be able to dry my hair. I have never encountered such a design failure with the position of the hairdryer in my entire life. The coffee machine looked good but as there were no instructions on usage we could not operate it. The cruise guests were given a designated breakfasting area - one large soulless room with indifferent food (no choice) there were no redeeming features to this room - not a pot plant or flower arrangement anywhere! A very disappointing stay and we have let the cruise company know that we were not satisfied with their choice of pre-cruise hotel.
"Beautiful hotel, great location and friendly staff"
We spent our honeymoon there and we confirmed we made the right choice by staying at this lovely hotel. The pool is fantastic and the staff gave us a room upgrade. The location is simple unbeatable. Nice restaurants and bars are on a walking distance. We are going to definitely returning in the future.
