There is no doubt in my mind, that this is the best Hyatt in India. I come here regularly every 3 months and I do have to say that the experiance never changes. Personnel is helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and quiet and fitnes center offeres a lot. I ordered room service for my last meal before leaving for Europe - expensive but worth it!
"One of the best place I have stayed anywhere."
I booked part of my 4 night stay on Hyatt Gold Passport points so already I was getting a great value for my stay. Literally as soon as I walked through the main entrance doors, employees greeted me, took all of my bags, and checked me in very quickly. They noticed my injured knee also right away and had an ice pack sent to my room. So I was impressed from the get go. The room was fantastic, with a unique floorplan that has one of the best bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel. A walk in, open shower was the best part. The room was always cleaned very neatly, and the staff were quick and attentive. Perhaps the most impressive thing about my stay had to be the staff. Namely the platinum member lounge staff. As a first time traveler to India, I wasn't sure what to order foodwise and the lounge manager actually prepared a menu for me every morning and evening of Indian dishes to try made from the main hotel chef each day. I would literally wake up, go down to the lounge and have food waiting for me. That's exceptional service right there. Not only that, but he would also ask continually what else he could get me to make sure I had the total experience. Just A+ service in my opinion. Two other exceptional employees in the lounge and lobby areas were Vevo and Jamir. Throughout my four day stay, I would occasionally be eating by myself quietly or having a drink and one of these two ladies would come up and talk to me and engage me in conversation, tell me about India, ask me about myself, just being very friendly. Coming from America, you don't see hotel employees take a personal interest in you regularly. I felt like the hotel was providing me friends for my trip! It was really nice to know that I could walk into a hotel in Mumbai, and after a brief 4 day stay, walk out giving hugs to the staff. They even gave me a goodbye bag with sodas and cookies in it for being "a fantastic guest". I don't know if they do that all the time, but even if they do, they made it seem like it was special for us. If I ever am lucky enough to come back to Mumbai, there is no other place I would rather stay than with my friends at Hyatt Regency. :)
It was a really good service, very quickly and friendly. Rooms, pool and restaurant were clean and nice. Its very near the airport. The breakfast buffet has many goods, tea an coffe were brought quickly.
"Awesome Dinner at Asian Resturant"
The Hotel is having a good lounge facility & business meeting facility. Along with that taking food at Asian Restaurant is wonderful experience. The Service boy service is superb. Any body while coming from International Airport should experience the food & stay of Hyatt Regency.
It was a short stay in Mumbai, and the Hyatt Regency hotel was the perfect place to stop at for one night. I was on the Club floor with lounge. The room is very commodious with a SPA style bathroom. The lounge is very welcoming, nice cocktail and good Indian dishes. The breakfast in the morning make you feel like you are important to them... check the Masala Dosa, a must! The nice pool is sadly surrended by a very noisy area, certainly due to the big AC engine working hard all the day long.
