"Expensive for normal offer"
I visited this hotel on business trip. It is pretty expensive for very normal offer. I felt that rooms were not so great and i could hear the sound from the street. It is good hotel but the price is too high for a business trip.
"Standard Business Hotel, not more, not less"
The Innside Melia is a standard business hotel. Rooms are rather large, quick check-in and -out, breakfast is okay (rather than "fantastic" as advertised), very close to large companies like IBM, Microsoft or Accenture who probably drive most traffic to the hotel. Clear downside is traffic noise and location if you want to eat something outside the hotel - area is really dead in the evening, no restaurants in 15 minute walking distance.
"OK hotel, but with some flaws"
I have stayed at this hotel on a couple of business trips and it is conveniently located if you are visiting offices in the area. There a few flaws in my opinion: - bathrooms are not separated from the rest of the room, which is not conveinient - it can be quite noisy - service in the restaurant is so and so, especially it might take time to get attention by the personnel
The hotel is nice. It's clean, modern, smells good, and is conveniently located next to Microsoft and a big business park, which brings me to the ridiculous and embarrassing part. 500 MB of dial-up speed internet' For your business guests' I've had faster internet in a village in Bosnia. This is 2017 Munich. Unlimited lightning speed internet should be 100% free. Finally the staff is not the friendliest but maybe it's just German culture.
For my first business trip, it was an excellent hotel. Great rooms with a little problem with the shower but not really inconveniant. The breakfast was plentiful, even for vegan or gluten intolerant. My staying was short but I'll think to come again personnaly.
