"New Year's Eve "
My partner and I stayed at the Inntel for New Year's Eve. We booked a package which included over night stay, live cooking buffet, free entrance to the cocktail bar, late check out and breakfast. We have previously stayed before so we knew what to expect. The hotel is very modern and well decorated. It is situated close to the metro, which is then only a five minute ride into Rotterdam centre. The room was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The food at the buffet was all cooked perfectly. We thought there would be more variety, there wasn't a lot we actually liked but what we did eat was lovely. There was a lot of variety at breakfast, which was all presented nicely and cooked well. We enjoyed drinking and dancing in the cocktail bar that's in the sister hotel next door. My one complaint is, when we were in the bar, there was a group of people sat next to us who began making cigarettes with Marijuana. The hotel manager walked by and I noticed him look over, at first he didn't look impressed but then he just smiled at them. I know we were in Holland but I felt it lowered the tone in a five star hotel.
"Very poor for a 4* hotel"
Very poor instalations for a 4* hotel. Small room, with cold walls, very poor isolation. The maid tried to enter the room at 9h30, to clean, when I was sleeping. Metro and tram station at the door and center os the city at walking distance (5-10 min).
"Central location - noisy"
The hotel has an excellent location. It's clean but however rather basic, with small rooms. Big disadvantage is the noise. We had a room close to the elevator and it seemed like people talking in the corridors were in our room, very bad acoustic isolation
"Decent hotel "
Worth it for a £75 a night considering it's facing the Erasmus bridge. The staff are friendly and very informative. They even helped me print my boarding pass for free. The rooms are not too bad and has the basic things you would need in a hotel. The bar area is cozy a good chill out spot with the friends. As expected the drinks aren't too cheap. I paid €10 for a rum on the rocks. Free internet! What I didn't like was the following - The room service will charge your €5 to deliver the food, while you could pick it up from the kitchen area for free. €5 for a bottle of water! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
"Boutique hotel with excellent city and river views "
Stayed in this hotel for a night, in the junior suite which included a private sauna and hot tub. The room had an amazing view of the river and the Erasmus bridge. A perfect view to enjoy with ur morning coffee. There were many breakfast options, including fresh pastries. The views at the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
