"Unbeatable service and staff "
This hotel is exceptional by all means! The staff are really professional and very helpful. The check in took less than two minutes and they were greeting everyone with a big smile. Very spacious and clean rooms .... We truly loved it!!
I stayed in this hotel this month and I really loved the service. The staff were very attentive and did all what they can to make our stay so enjoyable. The check in experience was really flawless and the staff seemed to be well-trained and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Thanks to all.
Today Mar 21 my wife and I checked into the Intercontinental Amman as part of an Abercrombie & Kent trip to Jordan. I've stayed in this chain elsewhere and my memories are favorable. The front desk clerk (Omar) took our passports and credit card and went into a back room for a few minutes. When he came out he said the room was being serviced but it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. He said we were welcome to a complimentary coffee or soft drink while waiting. He then gave me back the passports. I said "you still have my credit card" to which he said something like "yeah, yeah". After 30 minutes I went back to the front desk and I was told the room was ready. When I asked for the credit card the current clerk looked confused. I said I gave to Omar and I was told Omar is on a break. The clerk then called Omar who told the clerk I had the card and I should check my pockets. I did and, as I knew, I didn't have it. The current crew at the front desk have now gone through drawers, waste baskets, etc. to no end. Omar then came back from his break and told me he did give me the card and I should check my pockets. It seems the initial approach to customer service here is to tell the customer they're wrong. Finally a manager said he would look at the CCTV to watch my time at the desk. It has now been well over an hour and we're still not in the room. After another 10 minutes Omar approached me and said the camera showed him taking the passports and the credit card into the back room and the credit card must still be in the back room but he will try to find it. Five minutes later returned with my credit card and said "Our apologies". The fact that a mistake was made is understandable. The fact that I was continually accused of being wrong and nothing expressed by management is not understandable.
"Meeting with dinner for our gusts"
It was last Wednesday and we have a pediatric club for pediatric doctors as lectures with dinner. It was good arrangement and their are a man his name is Mo'ammar and he is a nice a smiley faces man and very quick respond when you ask him any thing.

This hotel offered us the best service imaginable The club lounge staff in particular were amazing during our visit We are looking forward to returning to experience more of their hospitality and friendliness
