Professional, friendly staff from the time you walk in, to the time you check out. The hotel is very clean, the lobby, the room, the hallways. The king room I had was large with a large bathroom. I would stay here again.
I stayed here with my two young children, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the breakfast at the Miel Restaurant were very good. All the staff was very helpful! We would stay here again.

We live in the Boston area and for the past few years we've brought our kids in to Boston to spend a weekend at the intercontinental around Christmas. The hotel is amazing and the service is even better- this past year Inilta at the front desk helped us upgrade our rooms and even helped us get us booked already for our December 2017 trip. Everyone there is helpful and happy to accommodate any special needs or requests - by far our favorite hotel in Boston!

Had a night to spend in Boston and thoroughly enjoyed the wonder accommodations of the InterContinental Boston. We were upgraded at check in (thanks Inilta!) and received an extremely high level of service throughout the stay. Looking forward to returning soon.

We stayed during the President's Day weekend. As you approach the hotel, it looks so majestic. Location is perfect, walking distance to Quincy Market and Faneiul Hall. Since we know where the parking garage is, we went straight to the garage. The attendants were so welcoming and directed us where the door to the hotel is. As soon as we got to the lobby, the aromatic smell welcomed us. Zee assisted us during check in and she made sure that she read all the alerts on the reservations which I really appreciate since it made our stay flawless. We loved our rooms. Having our two sons we had our rooms connecting and that made life easy for Mommy especially. The next day, we had breakfast at the restaurant. However, there was a little problem since there was a plastic object in the potatoes. I requested for the manager and Maurits came out and was very apologetic. He offered to replace the food and take took it off of our bill. On our way our, we encountered Luis Branco, Concierge. He was very knowledgeable of the interesting places in Boston especially restaurants. He assisted us in making a reservation at the Barking Crab. One thing with him is that he has that smile that will make your day. You can also see how much he loves what he is doing. The next day he was on duty and we thanked him for making our reservation since we were at the location a half hour early and we were able to be seated right away. The day of our departure, Becca assisted us during check out. She was very pleasant and helpful in providing direction to the nearest gas station. All in all, it was a perfect stay. Let me not forget that this will not be possible without the assistance of Alexandra Troli who made sure that our accommodations are set. She arranged a platter of sliced chocolate cake with a Happy Birthday to our youngest son. He was really surprised. We really had a great time in Boston and at the InterContinental Boston. Thank you.
