"Disappointed will never stay here again but may eat here again "
Pros : the food Very cute spot with fresh smelling flowers in the lobby and the food in the lobby area is so delicious. We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very clean. Cons: everything but the food we had were various things in the room didn't work. The iron in the room wasn't working, the TV would turn itself off multiple times while we watched it, and the worst part is the bed and pillows. The pillows were the cheapest I have ever encountered so thin and useless and the bed sank so much We also got massages here and the beds didn't heat up. They said they would let the manager know. But was use is that when on a rainy cold day during our couples massage the massage bed didn't heat up. Also the massage therapists were so lazy don't waste your $$ they were petting us instead of massaging and then they'd start digging into area that shouldn't be massaged at all. For a hotel we thought was nice we didn't think the massage would be this bad we both were disappointed.
"Great Place to Stay"
Every aspect of hotel was perfect. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was a great location to get to different parts of the city. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Could not be happier with our stay.
This was a stellar hotel experience! The accommodating staff checked me in with my toddler and I was immediately brought a stroller and complimentary baby shampoos and lotions. Absolutely lovely room — of course, we were upgraded to a residential suite, so we enjoyed every detail! Comfortable beds with lovely fabrics, views of the pool and the stretch of LA to Santa Monica and the ocean beyond. Surprisingly fast and delicious room service, and meticulous cleaning crew. The pool and hot tub are excellent. There's no bar outside, but there are photos that connect right to room service, and they're more than happy to bring guests food and drinks outside. Would love to stay here again! (One weird and amusing mistake — why does the entrance reek so strongly like cologne' Smelled like I was walking into an Abercombie & Fitch)
"A great stay in LA!"
A wonderful stay in a lovely hotel, I was surprised by the size of the rooms and enjoyed my view over the city from the balcony. The hotel bar had a fun atmosphere and the range of cocktails was impressive
"Top notch and welcoming staff make for a great experience"
The Intercontinental in Century City has been an icon for a long time, and is still a great property. The rooms are nice, the mattress is comfortable, and the amenities standard. But what really makes a stay there is the staff. From time you walk in, the staff greets you and tries to help (in a way that's not pushy but genuine). The front desk staff is helpful, cheery and has a great sense of humor. The Chief Conceirge Charles Hawkins is top notch, and knows EVERYone in the City and all the right places to go. It's rare when I travel to find spots with such friendly staff, and when I do, I really pay attention as it makes a huge difference.
