"Great weekend stay"
The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was lovely and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. All employees were very friendly and always offered a greeting. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend the hotel to family & friends.
"InterContinental Los Angeles Century City"
The hotel is extremely nice and my room was as expected - very good. I had the following issues that kept my experience from being ideal. The guide on my TV did not work initially and it took two engineers with multiple visits to try and fix the issue. There visits impacted my schedule during the visit. It took overnight to be rectified. There was a medium size spider in my shower one morning. The cleaning staff did an excellent job attending to the room but attempted to enter my room to clean it more than once when I was still there over my 4 day/3 night stay. There was no "do not disturb" door tag in the room to place outside my door handle. I had to get re-issued room keys on two occasions. Once, extremely late in the evening when I was looking forward to much needed rest. I could not access my room and had to travel back to the front desk for them to issue new card keys. The final bill included a movie charge when I was not in the room. I usually do express check out but luckily saw this explainable item on my room bill and was able to have them remove it before my card was charged. Again, it's a very nice hotel with excellent amenities and service. However the items above are the most issues I've ever experienced at a hotel of it's caliber.
"Best hotel in LA"
I always get upgraded to a suite as a Royal Ambassador. Management is always pushing hard to offer the best service and there is always an improvement when you come back to stay. You should try their Tesla free rides, spa treatments, breakfast buffet and brunch.
"Friendly, clean, luxurious"
We stayed for one night at the Intercontinental Century City. The staff are professional and well-trained. We felt as if everyone went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We were stunned by the size of the porch attached to our upgraded room 1004. USB chargers and plugs are at the desk and by both sides of the bed. Free wi-fi was a bit difficult to access at first on Android, but it was strong and reliable. We ordered breakfast in the room and it arrived on time and pretty close to what we ordered. It was easy to operate air conditioning. As Ambassador members we could watch one movie free but there were no titles that looked interesting. The gift for Ambassador members was useful: a very nice ball point pen. The hotel is in a superb location which is reflected in the prices: parking is now $41 a night. We walked to a great restaurant nearby called Craft and enjoyed an excellent dinner. We recommend the Intercontinental Century City for a friendly, clean, and luxurious stay..
"Modern, Clean and Convenient"
This hotel is located near the Fox Lot and CAA, and isn't far from Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a little on the small side, but the gym is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good place to stay.
