"Excellent Location! Great beds!"
We stayed in an executive suite and loved it! We had access to the executive lounge so could have a quiet breakfast and later in the afternoon a glass of wine before dinner. The beds were so comfortable, and you have a choice of pillows. The location is excellent so we found no need for taxi's. Would definitely stay again.
As it is an InterContinental this hotel thrives for its luxury services and the knowledgable staff! Very satisfied with my stay if you exclude the fact that the hotel is old and needs renovation! Also good spa, gym and pool faciliities! Location is ideal as you are only 10 mins walk to the most famous square with the Astronomic clock. All luxury boutiques are nearby which makes it a good area to walk ! Prague is indeed a beautiful city!
"Dont expect too much. Not comparable to asian intercontinental Hotels"
The good thing first. The location is perfect to reach all spots by foot. The hotel is old, the rooms are not up to date and small. If you expect a 5Star Hotel, its not worth to go there. It is clean and there is some friendly staff. 35 Euro parking fee a day is unacceptable.
It was nice stay The hotel is luxury Perfect, huge , 5 to 7 min from city centre and around 10 min walking to charles bridge , some shops and restaurants etc available, room was comfortable , indoor swimming pool perfect , wifi is good also this all the good thing What I don't like Why I booked intercontinental ' Because I'm IHG member But I didn't feel that at all not at room Not in reception Not anywhere In hotel If I compare between previous stay in crown plaza doha or holiday inn Abu Dhabi it's totally different Like IHG wifi is different more strong and better They ask me what time I want check out if I need more hrs One free drink anywhere in hotel Upgrade my room many times I don't want say the staff don't care , No , they are nice , helpful ,fully support and professional ,just I hope next time it will be better if I come me or any IHG members
The hotel is situated in the best part of town - great views over the river towards the castle , close to the main shopping street and restaurants check in - quick and friendly room - was upgraded to a junior suite . spacious lounge /dining area with a smaller bedroom . A king size bed , with good quality linen - 2 separate duvets . the living area had a dining table with four chairs , and sofa with 2 armchairs . Both the bedroom and living room faced the city - a nice view over the old jewish quarter bathroom - a bit cramped with shower in the bath . Agraria amenities that were changed daily breakfast is served in a spacious restaurant with great views - a good selection . service is quick my only complaint would be with housekeeping - the room was not thoroughly cleaned everyday - also , the evening room service was just cursory - towels were never replaced - just a turn down of the duvet Overall, its an excellent hotel with good , friendly service , and in an excellent location The rooms are looking a bit tired and are probably in need of renovation soon
