"Great hotel "
We were staying here for a 5 night and really enjoyed the time while visiting here. The room is good looking and clean, house keeping everyday done well. The breakfast is good, a lot of food and drinks. The hotel has a good restaurant in which the visitors of the hotel are eating breakfast. In my opinion it is 5 STARS review.
4 of us stayed here over the Easter weekend and had a fabulous trip. We were on the top floor with great views of the square. Yes, the rooms are a little small but have everything we needed and are very comfortable.....especially the bed.......... which is the most important. We never heard any street noise in the room. The hotel is ideally placed and within walking distance of most of the sights such and the old Town, river, castle etc. One thing that is very important to us is WiFi and the hotel's was fantastic! The only real complaint was at breakfast. The food wasn't entirely to our taste, but when you're catering to multiple nationalities, its hardly surprising. The main thing was that on every occasion we were shown to an empty table and after getting breakfast had to ask for cutlery. I'm not sure if they expected us to eat with our fingers'....lol. Not the biggest complaint in the world, granted, but its the little touches that make the difference in a 5* hotel. If we return to Prague....and I'm sure we will, we'd happily stay here again!
"Great location, great staff"
Jalta made our stay truly special. The rooms were big enough and cozy so we felt right at home. The staff at the Front Desk was amazing and trying to help us where ever they could - from parking the car, booking a table at a restaurant, or helping us find a club to party at! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience - expect us to come back!
"Good hotel in the middle of Prague"
We stayed at his hotel for 3 days and enjoyed our stay. We arrived towards noon and after a short wait were allowed to go up to our room. The room had a great view of Václavské nám and the square. This is if you have a room facing that direction. If you would prefer a quieter room then ask for a room facing the other side. The room had a main bed and a rollaway bed. I would advise selecting a larger room from their site when having a third bed in the room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The reception did give us a few brochures for touring companies and such. We used the hop-on hop-off one of the days and also did a tour of Kutna Hora on another using Premiant Tour. We were on the third floor but you can ask for a higher floor if you desire. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good. WiFi worked most of the time I was there. Reception spoke good english and overall my stay was quite comfortable. The day we were leaving, we had to catch an early taxi for the airport. However, the reception put together a few things to takeaway as an early breakfast which was very appreciated!
"Perfect location in busy part of Prague"
If you want to be in the midst of everything this is the place. The staff are helpful and friendly. Glass of fizz on arrival. Room was fine but no view, which was probably a good thing as rooms with a view would have been over the main street and might have been too noisey. The outside terrace is perfect for people-watching with a cocktail. You can walk to most of the main sites from here. This is not the "Boutique hotel" as we know it in UK but it is very nice and worth the price.
